Overall the room was clean. However, as it is a very old hotel, we found the accommodations a bit odd. The bed was old and my wife was itchy afterwards, probably due to dust mites. I couldn't get the shower to turn on hot water.

The hotel room for which I booked was at the back of the hotel, next to the parking lot, one level below the ground floor, which meant the room had a strong smell of damp/mold mixed with bleach, which should be used to try to remove these odors, but the mixture was very unpleasant.
