Simple but complete apartment, very clean and pleasant. Incredible view! Very quiet street with bars and even a little bar to enjoy the night! A little difficult to get an Uber as it is difficult to access, you need a little patience lol. Staff responsible for the stay, very attentive and polite!

The apartment I stayed in is super cozy. Well located, well structured, very clean and with a stunning view. The neighborhood is very safe, has a lot of leisure options, culture and good food. The apartment managers are very helpful and polite. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, clean. All rooms have air conditioning. Good shower. Although we didn't use it, there were many kitchen utensils available, if I return to this apartment on another occasion I intend to prepare coffee on site because there is nothing very close by that offers good coffee, just a small market almost opposite. Wifi and TV work well. Quiet and apparently safe place. The neighborhood is a charm in itself. As a negative we can mention the fact that there is no reception on site and we need to inform the exact arrival and departure time and this ended up making us a little tense, because if we wanted to change the schedule it would interfere with check in and check out and they inform us that if If the check-in time was delayed by more than 30 minutes, there would be an additional charge. We arrived at the scheduled time and waited a few minutes until the apartment was released. At check out we informed the time and we waited more than 30 minutes and no one showed up, until we decided to leave and those responsible were in the room next door.

アーリーチェックインが有料だが可能だったので助かった。 白を基調とした清潔感ある部屋で、ポン・ジ・アスーカルを夜景も含めて窓から眺められるのがとても感動した。 ホテルとは違い、まるで住んでいるようにキッチンで食事も作りながら楽しく過ごせた。 ただ、場所が丘の上なので石畳の坂道が続き、歩きはかなりつらく、私は足首を痛めた。そのため、帰りの登りはバイクタクシーを何回か利用した。 ただ、不満な点も何点か有り ・洗濯機が壊れていて使用できなかったが、滞在中メンテナンスされなかった。 ・土曜の一晩中、そばのファベーラからの大音量の音楽が流れて眠れなかった⇒土曜だけとのことを後で確認 ・請求明細のクリーニング料金は滞在中のものと思い込んでいたが、実際は滞在後のものだと判明し、わかりにくいので明記してほしかった。 ・現地には英語を話せるスタッフがおらず、何かあったときは困った。 ただ、まるでリオに住んでいるような生活感ある滞在ができたことは、素晴らしい思い出となった。
