Ar condicionado: muito fraco, n gela (RJ!!!), isso quando funcionam, pois tive q trocar de quarto dps de horas suando. Wi-fi: sofrível, cai toda hora e numa dessas não volta nunca mais. Esqueçam. TV: minúscula (tamanho monitor) e só canais abertos. Localização: ruim, não tem nada ao redor, nem mercado ou farmácia. É mega longe do aeroporto também, vale mais ficar no rio se for por isso. Tomadas: escassas. No meu quarto tinha uma apenas e um buraco com fios expostos no lugar de outra. Atendimento: normal. Não se percebe um cuidado ou questão de agradar ng. Olha, eu não voltaria, mas boa sorte a quem for pagar 200/dia por isso. Antes um AirBnB. Custo benefício horroroso.

Valor cobrado totalmente desproporcional ao serviço oferecido aos hóspedes..quarto com colchão duro..(cama pequena) e desconfortável, pia do banheiro entupida, paredes com teia de aranha, quarto parecia que estava a dias sem higienização.

Hotel simples, antigo e precisando de umas boas reformas. Mas o atendimento vale qualquer experiência ruim. Todos os colaboradores são maravilhosos. Destaque para Vanessa e Rosangela no café da manhã. As meninas da recepção e camareiras, sâo muito simpáticas e agradáveis também. O local é muito tranquilo de frente pra mal tratada baía de Guanabara. Local silencioso. Considero voltar sempre.

Boa Localização, próximo ao Aeroporto, para quem vai fazer escalas ou embarcar muito cedo, e uma excelente opção. Café da Manhã e bem legal, nada de muito luxo, mas é bem melhor que muitos outros lugares que já me hospedei. Atualmente, o Hotel é para prestadores de serviços na região, percebi isso pois vi vários hóspedes uniformizados e em grupos. Cama bem sofrível, de Motel com colchão que merece reformas Wi-Fi bem debilitado, para quem precisa utilizar, somente pela manhã quando todos já saíram para trabalhar na cidade. A recepcionista da parte da noite, não foi simpática e meio confusa devido a reserva rer sido oriunda do 123Milhas Resumindo, é funcional.
