Hello, my experience at the hotel was VERY bad. It started at the time of check-in where I was attended by an extremely unfriendly employee. As I had made the reservation in my mother's name, the employee did not want to let me into the hotel (it was 10:30 pm) because the reservation had to be changed to my name. I had already paid all the stays. Only after a long time, and after I demonstrated to her that I had made the reservation through a website and that it was impossible to change the name at that time, she did the check-in. The next day, at night, I went to the mall to buy a pizza and decided to eat it in my room. I went to reception where there were 5 employees literally having dinner on top of the reception table (including a bottle of Big Coke). I asked for a plate and cutlery to be delivered to the room, when an employee, with his mouth full, answered me and told me to wait, he would get a plate for me to take. He brought me a plastic plate with plastic cutlery ... I asked for a metal cutlery and a dish ... he told me that it would not be possible and that if I wanted to, he would charge me R$15 reais for the service fee . I do not recommend anyone to stay at the hotel ... in addition to being well located, the service is very bad for the price they charge ...
