Great breakfast! Room keys always stopped working, so be ready to make numerous trips downstairs. Would stay again.

The staff that work here are awesome. Very friendly. The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast was great. The location is perfect. The room is furnished well. The air con worked perfect . Overall it was a perfect stay, no complaints. The bed and pillows were great as well . Highly recommend .

Hotel low on amenities such as room service or a bar but a nicely designed and furnished hotel in a good location

I really liked the hotel! Attentive staff, good service, clean, bright rooms, and also spacious! There are two large full-length mirrors (I love it). The location is convenient: the metro, the beaches of Ipanema and Copacabana are a 5-minute walk away, there are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Breakfast is served in a delicious buffet format. I counted 10 types of fruits and berries!

Great location, comfortable bed, ok breakfast. It's very value for money. It would be nice to consider having a gym.

There is a lack of cleaning, maintenance and staff, we returned to the room at 4 pm and it was not made up, the reception had not noticed. Electronic keys failed every day. There were no towels (we had to ask for 2 days), TV was damaged. Very good location.

I love the hotel, cleanliness, breakfast, location, but the choice of our room this time was not very correct, there are excellent rooms, ours was good!

It is not a 4 star hotel experience. The room was not tidied up even though we spent most of the day out of the room, the change of towels had to be requested twice, after arriving from the beach and not being able to shower with clean towels (and even the new one they brought was stained and dry like sandpaper), the air conditioning in the common areas (entrance hall and cafe area) was not working for two days on the two hottest days of the year in Rio, and the breakfast is good, but nothing spectacular. Rooms with large beds and good facilities. Bad wifi.

Lack of maintenance at the hotel. In the room we stayed in, the handle that opens the window was broken, the whiteboard on the panel around the TV was falling apart, the bathtub didn't work and they put flagging material like bath salts in it, water from the shower remained in the bathtub showing a blocked drain, bar broken elevator, etc…

Good location, average facilities

Great value for the price. Nice restaurants in the surroundings. The hammock service on Ipanema beach gives it a good added warmth.

Good service, the room had no view of anything, there were no adapters, the breakfast was quite poor, the TV was old, in any case, the staff was very nice
