Atendimento ok. Porém a dona da pousada Fernanda e sua funcionária Dani não estavam alinhadas com relação ao funcionamento do local. O que mais me apeteceu foi a decoração e a localização. Devido ao mal entendido entre elas, entendi que estava pagando um valor que não cobria os custos da dona, por pena me abstive de tomar o café da manhã que estava incluso no preço. O box do banheiro do quarto que ficamos era minúsculo, sou magrinha e tive dificuldade de tomar banho. E atenção quando for selecionar o QUARTO DUPLO. Se você não selecionar dois hóspedes terá que pagar R$ 100 a mais na hora do check in. O lugar é de boa energia, mas sugiro que melhorem a gestão. Meu insta @nanightrips (;

A Casa é uma delícia! Ambiente acolhedor, funcionários super disponíveis e gentis. Proposta de fato inclusiva. Decoracao de muito bom gosto! Quarto limpo e confortável. Comida super gostosa! Localização perfeita. Perto do metro, em local seguro.

O lugar tinha de tudo para ser top dos tops, mas, falta cuidado, limpeza, o trabalho de inclusão de pessoas com problemas psicológicos é maravilhoso e de fato nunca tinha visto em outro lugar, os empregados são educados, prestativos e muito simpáticos, falta direcionamento apenas, o café da manhã infelizmente não agradou, leite servido frio e poucas opções e outro ponto que considerei o mais grave, foi que a piscina fica ligada a madrugada toda, não sei se esqueceram ligada ou se é politica da pousada deixá-la assim, mas, foi difícil pegar no sono. A pousada é muito bem localizada, tem de tudo um pouco próximo, mercados, restaurantes, etc... fica só uma dica para a proprietária, que direcione melhor seu time...

O hotel é acolhedor. Os funcionários educados e prestativos. No entanto, ficamos na suíte 10 e as 4h da manhã, duas mulheres chegaram, subiram a escada e sentaram nas cadeiras em frente à janela do quarto e simplesmente continuaram conversando como se fosse 16h da tarde. Um total desrespeito! Pedi silêncio e nada fizeram….. Após uma hora, finalmente voltamos a dormir (5h da manhã) Como se não bastasse, As 8h em ponto colocaram música alta na piscina e fomos novamente acordados ! Uma pena ! Música que deveria ser ambiente e não de boate. Uma noite que eu achei que fôssemos descansar e não conseguimos. Percebemos que Não existe preocupação com o silêncio em nenhuma hora do dia ou da noite. Café da manhã razoável. Nota 6. Não volto mais !
