Pitiful! I booked two nights at Hotel Samba Rio. Check in on 1/10/24 and check out on 1/12/24.
Firstly, the contact number only calls and is never answered.
Secondly, on my second night the Hotel's kitchen caught fire (short circuit on the night of 11/1 to 12/1). Coffee would start at 6 am, with the kitchen already closed and closed, however, when I went there at 9:30 am, nothing had been resolved. The coffee for my daily allowance (a couple) simply did not exist, and no solution or repair was provided. The place didn't even offer a cookie or fruit. And in the region there isn't even a place to drink coffee nearby. He didn't even respond, apologize or make compensation.
As if that wasn't enough, it was after 10am and the pool was undergoing maintenance and objects were immersed in it to clean it. So, in addition to the non-supply of coffee, the pool was unavailable in the heat of 40 degrees. Absurd. I told the receptionist that he didn't even know how to answer this.
So, I went to the room to pack my bags and order a meal, as the hotel partially failed to fulfill the contracted service. The Jacarepaguá region is distant and the schedule already had hundreds of ifood orders. There was a delay in delivery and the hotel had the nerve to ask about check-out at 12:15 pm (maximum time under normal conditions would be 12 pm), being inconvenient and disrespectful. We immediately interrupted the meal, finishing it in the car to deliver the room, in a situation of total affront!!!
