A recurring problem at Hotel Atlântico Prime is the lack of reception staff at night. There are always queues and I have had occasions where it took me more than 30 minutes to check-in.
At this accommodation I checked in at 10pm, they put me in the wrong room (single) and when they put me in the correct room, there were no towels. It took more than 2 hours until the towels were delivered to the room, almost half past midnight.

Very poor service from reception, air conditioning in the room was faulty and the bathroom flooded! Mold on the plastic curtain, a
Chaos. The receptionist Lucas was sinister making us wait to change rooms. NEVER! Dirty and stinky street, bad location. Valet didn't want to work, he told me to look for private parking on the street because he said it was cheaper!

There is a lack of staff to serve all guests... delays in check-in, room without towels, reception does not answer the phone, long delay in getting towels... cleaning of the room is questionable due to the lack of staff. Several people complained about the delay in service.
The breakfast is good, but the hotel needs to improve its service a lot.

The counter attendants are very friendly and the breakfast is good but the corridors are dark, there is no minibar, there is no rug in the bathroom, 2 tiny towels and no face towel. The room smelled of cigarettes. Parking costs 57 reais per day.
