Hotel Novo Biarritz Copacabana

Front desk staff saves the hotel from closing! They are attentive and solicitous, they try to solve the hotel's deficits, but the structure leaves much to be desired. Upon entering the elevator, you can already notice the smell of mold, in the room, phew, it didn't smell the same! It was apparently clean. The bed is very soft, there was no easy socket next to the bed, to charge your cell phone, you had to pull the whole bed to use the socket. There was a big gap between the wall and the bed without a headboard. The tv is ok, with sky and open channels. Fridge freezes even. The closet in the room looked old but it was clean and smelled of nothing. As the room is small, there was only one pose, but I had taken my laptop to work and there was no table. I went down to the reception and John, was super helpful and got a small round table that fit in the room. The bathroom is quite small, but the shower is great strong! Inside the bathroom, during the shower, I noticed that on the eaves of the glass, there was soap used by another guest, which left a very bad impression in terms of cleanliness, but Isis at the reception sent the team to completely clean the room right away! For breakfast, simple and ok, but the ham was already a little brown, looking old, I didn't have the courage. Would you go back? Jamas! It was good? No! But I really hope that the team manages to go on to a new endeavor, in a hotel with a complete structure where, oh yes, all their friendliness is worth the return.

I had stayed at this hitel a couple of years ago and it was horrible. Improved a lot in all sectors. Great location, friendly service, small room but with a good bed and everything working, just missing a darker curtain, which left something to be desired. Breakfast simple but all fresh.

Very pleasant hotel to stay, very helpful and harmonious staff, only the breakfast could be improved! But I would definitely stay there again!

It was excellent, the location is close to everything. In less than 3 minutes we are on the beach, wonderful breakfast, well served, I would stay again.

Me parece bien por el precio, está ubicada en un lugar bastante céntrico y cómodo para el acceso a otras playas y lugares. La habitación es cómoda, cumple con lo que publica. La gente muy amable tanto las que quieren el bar como la recepción. Te dan agua caliente gratis y si haces una excursión y te vas temprano las chicas del bar te dejan sacar algo para llevarte.

Un hotel de baja calidad, el aire acondicionado es de los viejos, no puedo explicar el ruido insoportable que hace aparte de lo que le cuesta enfriar, limpieza buena, el desayuno muy completo aunque el espacio donde se sirve es demasiado pequeño para la cantidad de gente que se hospeda! Ubicación buena
