Since I stood in line, I noticed customers complaining about a few things, one hour about remote control, door. I myself saw a problem with the TV screen, I couldn't see the image properly. Torn sheet. Bad looking fridge. Bathroom smells like sewage. Bad bed, I woke up with a lot of pain in my neck.

Central location. Good pool and bar. Old building with a lot of renovation being carried out. Higher floors already modernized. Good dinner buffet and fair price. Good breakfast.

I liked everything, but the intercom wasn't working, which made receiving my food very difficult, considering that the receptionist received my order and kept it for 3 hours without telling me and I didn't eat and charged the restaurant for an order that was delivered. and they didn't pass it on to me! The hotel is well located, in the center of Rio de Janeiro, but it is a little old, despite having some rooms already "modernized", the bed linen, towels and blankets leave something to be desired. The breakfast is very good and diverse. The hotel has 2 elevators, however, one of them has been broken for over a year (or if they fixed it, it broke again), as I was at the hotel during this period.

One of the social elevators was broken, and we had to wait a long time to go up since we arrived. I asked for a crib on special request, but the room was empty, and we had to wait for it until 11pm asking the reception downstairs several times because no one answered the phone... The dishes at breakfast were poorly washed, we found egg shells a few times in scrambled eggs... It takes a while to check in, I arrived at 11pm and they were still cleaning the room, I waited at the reception practically until 12am, what they told me was that the customer who was in the room before only left the room at 10pm. The price is great for the cost / benefit! Hotel is VERY well located, however the structure of the hotel leaves something to be desired, but the rooms and bathrooms are great! clean, spacious, organized and bright! Dinner is great, breakfast is Ok! Worth it for the price and location!
