Since I stood in line, I noticed customers complaining about a few things, one hour about remote control, door. I myself saw a problem with the TV screen, I couldn't see the image properly. Torn sheet. Bad looking fridge. Bathroom smells like sewage. Bad bed, I woke up with a lot of pain in my neck.

Atlantic Network Standard. Anyone who knows the network knows... For those who don't know, leave it to your last option.

The hotel is good, but the structure does not accommodate so many guests, the elevator and cafe are always congested, but the leisure area is beautiful, for the price I believe it was still worth it

Central location. Good pool and bar. Old building with a lot of renovation being carried out. Higher floors already modernized. Good dinner buffet and fair price. Good breakfast.

Service not very courteous, but efficient. In the apartments, only bath towels are provided... face towels are not provided.

I liked everything, but the intercom wasn't working, which made receiving my food very difficult, considering that the receptionist received my order and kept it for 3 hours without telling me and I didn't eat and charged the restaurant for an order that was delivered. and they didn't pass it on to me! Another important point is the huge queue to check-in and check-out.

The hotel is well located, in the center of Rio de Janeiro, but it is a little old, despite having some rooms already "modernized", the bed linen, towels and blankets leave something to be desired. The breakfast is very good and diverse. The hotel has 2 elevators, however, one of them has been broken for over a year (or if they fixed it, it broke again), as I was at the hotel during this period.

It's always good to be here. I recommend.

One of the social elevators was broken, and we had to wait a long time to go up since we arrived. I asked for a crib on special request, but the room was empty, and we had to wait for it until 11pm asking the reception downstairs several times because no one answered the phone... The dishes at breakfast were poorly washed, we found egg shells a few times in scrambled eggs... They charge guests money to leave bags for a few hours after checkout (in many other hotels you can do this for free).

It takes a while to check in, I arrived at 11pm and they were still cleaning the room, I waited at the reception practically until 12am, what they told me was that the customer who was in the room before only left the room at 10pm. So if I had arrived at 2pm, which was the time I could check in, would I have had to wait for the room until 12am? When I arrive at the room, I see 3 single beds and I had booked a room with a double bed, I call reception and the guy tells me that all the rooms with double beds were occupied and that there was only the one available for my accommodation, indignation is the name I felt at that moment, how do I make a reservation by paying for one and when will I receive it for another? The floor was very dirty, with dust, the pillows were very high and hard, and the covers were allergic. Totally dissatisfied with the Hotel, before arriving in RJ I was thinking about booking another 4 nights, but now I will honestly look for another hotel.

The price is great for the cost / benefit! Hotel is VERY well located, however the structure of the hotel leaves something to be desired, but the rooms and bathrooms are great! clean, spacious, organized and bright! Dinner is great, breakfast is Ok! Worth it for the price and location!

Huge queue for check in. One or 2 attendants. I lost about 40 minutes in line. I didn't like the room facilities like TV and air conditioning. The coffee is very good.

Very rubbish, poor service attitude, front desk reception, work efficiency is very poor, room air conditioning does not work, asked to change to a single room, waited in the lobby for half an hour, no news, asked for a refund, will never stay in this hotel again, very pit
