Really good quality hotel. The only downside was the sauna didn't work. Good location/Great service and cheap!

The stay was wonderful, however, we had some problems at checkout regarding the refund of the payment for consumption in the room. From what we were told by the receptionist, we needed to leave the amount of R$100 if there was any consumption in the room, to be debited at the end of the stay. However, at the time of Checkout, the refund was not made at that time because they said that the card was not the same as the one used for check in (but it was) and when confirming the consumption of the room, it was said that we had consumed a canned soft drink that we didn't even want. It was available in the minibar. We were not charged anything for this soda, but we needed to sign a "waiver" that we did not consume it. Apart from this setback, the stay was great!

Just a good hotel especially for the price. Fairly safe neighborhood in the center of the city. A lot of vagrants who don't appeal to you. A delicious pizzeria directly across the street from the hotel.

Very good room, spacious and comfortable. I didn't like the pillows, but bed and bath linen, of good quality, clean and smelling. Simple breakfast, just the essentials Positive point the location, close to metro and bus lines

I really liked the hotel! Full breakfast with plenty of variety! Very cozy room. We only spent the night, but wished we had more time to enjoy the facilities more. I highly recommend it and if there is a possibility we will go again

I like my stay, but I expect to get more from the room (no view), swimming pool and breakfast.

Hotel com ótima localização no centro do RJ, instalações impecáveis e funcionários extremamente solícitos. Apesar do check in somente às 15 h, o hotel dispõe de guarda bagagem sem custo, inclusive após o check out. Por tudo isso, eu pretendo voltar a me hospedar nesse hotel em breve e faço aqui a minha recomendação àqueles que ainda não o conhecem.

Hotel bem localizado com um ótimo atendimento e bom café da manhã atendeu minhas expectativas e necessidade.

Terrible experience restaurant was awful, pool was cloudy. Room was outdated and dirty.
