Nice hotel and helpful staff. Good location and quiet. Shame they charged us to store bags for 3 hours.

傍晚辦理入住，我們是1晚+3晚的倆個訂單，跟前台要求合併訂單，以免第二天還得退房重新辦理那麼麻煩，前台給辦理了合併訂單，這點比智利一些地方做事死板要好很多。
但是，給我們住的套房太老舊了，裏面空空盪盪的幾乎沒有什麼傢俱！還是沿馬路的，窗户是老舊的的鋁合金單層玻璃，完全不隔音的，而且，我們那個房間的分體機空調非常老舊，噪音很大，一晚上都沒睡好！
第二天跟前台反映噪音情況，經理值班，給我們調換到了不沿馬路的套房，裏面傢俱擺設也多了很多，空調也是比較新的，感覺比沿馬路的房間好很多。酒店裡部分房間在局部裝修~
這家酒店總體而言，裝修太老舊了，早餐也是比較一般（對我們中國人來説），品種不多，蔬菜完全沒有的~
工作人員服務還是不錯的，主動幫我們提取行李箱送到房間，介紹房間設施。我們離開的時候，大堂服務生主動幫我們搬運行李箱並門口招呼適合我們的出租車去機場。
距離海灘比較近，附近吃東西的餐館多，附近也有大超市。

Com relação ao serviço achei regular; Com relação a limpeza ficou a desejar, pois tinha traça no quarto e no banheiro os vasos não estavam bem limpos; Com relação as instalações achei que atende a necessidade por ser um quarto e banheiro grande, porem são muito antigas a louças, que tem até Bidê e o ar condicionado fazia muito barulho; Com relação a comida servida no café da manhã é boa e atende a necessidade; No geral de 0 a 10 dou nota 6,5 pois atendeu nossa necessidade básica de dormir e tomar banho.

酒店的位置很好，距離Copa海灘兩條街很近，是個老酒店 房間很大，設施很陳舊，洗手間巨大 有自帶浴缸 和桑拿房，不過有一股澡堂的味道。算是安全，也很安靜。早餐意想不到的不錯，服務全都是收費的，提前入住和行李寄存，還有每天一瓶礦泉水都是收費的。總體來説不錯

Hotel muy bien ubicado en pleno barrio de Copacabana. Las instalaciones muy buenas y limpieza también, el personal muy amable y atentos.
El desayuno muy completo y variado, excelente, quedé de la panza.
Además, ofrecen tours que están muy bien de precio y muy buenos (hicimos 2).
Excelente calidad precio.

Excelente el servicio y atención. Apenas a unas 3 cuadras de la playa. La habitación increíble. Muy linda y amplia. Nos encantó y aprovechamos cada espacio 😉
El desayuno 5 estrellas. La verdad que volvería sin dudar.
