Absolutely amazing, stunning place! Matteo is a fantastic host, always available and at the same time "invisible" when not "required", lovely chap! We spent a marvelous time surround by green and water. To have breakfast in front of Pedra da Gavea is an unforgettable experience. We'll be back and I can't recommend this enough.

Cannot say enough about TuAKaza: about the space; the host Matteo who is one of a kind; the privileged location with unique/thoughtful architecture and design that feels surreal - to name but a few. Magical and whimsical retreat in the city of Rio. Come here if you want peace, beauty and an opportunity to absorb the energy from the magnificent landscape that is so unique to Rio. Moments from amazing hiking up to Pedra Bonita, the entrance to Tujica National Park, as well as a short easy drive to fabulous beaches and restaurants. In sum, TuAKaza is an oasis powered by incredible human kindness and generosity.

Tuakaza c’est le Paradis! Nous sommes arrivés le soir, il faisait nuit et n’avons pas pu profiter de la vue, mais au matin, dès l’aube, nous sommes époustouflés par le panorama sur Pedra de Gavea directement depuis notre lit ! Nous avons été accueillis par notre merveilleux hôte Matteo, qui commence par nous dire que tuakaza est « notre maison » est c’est le cas, on s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Matteo est tres discret mais toujours à l’écoute de tous nos besoins, nous avons même été surclassés dans la magnifique suite. La maison est incroyable, nichée au milieu de la forêt. Chaque jour nous faisons les trajets jusqu’au centre puis le soir nous sommes heureux d’être au calme dans ce paradis sur terre. Bon petit déjeuner, chambre propre, tout est à disposition si nous avons un petit creux ou une petite soif. Merci encore mille fois nous reviendrons très bientôt.
