This accommodation experience was very satisfactory. Every step from booking to check-out went very smoothly. First of all, the location of the hotel is very advantageous, with convenient transportation and many restaurants and shopping places around. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff gave us a warm welcome, checked in very quickly, and gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities and surrounding tourist attractions. After entering the room, the cleanliness and layout of the room give people a warm feeling. The bed is very comfortable, the pillows are soft, and the sleep quality is well guaranteed. The room is decorated in a modern and simple style and is fully equipped, especially the free high-speed wireless network, which allows me to stay connected and handle work during my trip. The bathroom was also very clean, the toiletries provided were of good quality, and the towels and bathrobes were soft. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes very good. There are different choices every morning to satisfy the tastes of our whole family. In addition, other facilities of the hotel are also very complete. The gym is well-equipped and the swimming pool is clean and comfortable. Cozy and well located on a good street in Copacabana. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. The only negative point is the very limited check in times.
