The service attitude is very good 👍 It's hygienic and clean, and the environment is beautiful. You don't have to go out to enjoy the sun and the beach. The breakfast is very rich, and the inside and outside courts are very popular.

The best beach in Rio, there are many tourists, queue for breakfast, wait for 20 minutes for each elevator, it is cost-effective. The service is not good, I asked for something to be sent to the room, but it was not given to me in the end, and the waiter did not speak English very well.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Park Hotel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. Amazing hotel - perfect location on Ipanema beach, outstanding service, stunning pool area for sunsets & drinks. Bed quality is beautiful - I had an amazing nights sleep. While the front rooms with ocean view are bigger / better, then courtyard rooms are also good with great air conditioning, bathroom products, etc. 3rd stay here - will stay again!

This hotel is a great stay in Barra. Like a lot of hotels in Rio, this one is old. The place has some relics of the last century: the phone is old, the furniture is old, etc. However, it makes up for it in other ways. The service is excellent at this property. The breakfast is very good, the room service is great and cheap, and all of the staff from doormen to bellhops to reception are attentive and professional. The breakfast attendants are more professional than most local waiters. You will get excellent service here. The hotel is also very pretty despite its age. The hallways and lobby are large, and it looks premium. The location is incredible if you like Barra. We only stayed one night, but we had a decent side view of the ocean from our room, and we easily had enough time for a nice walk on the beach before check-out. Windsor Barra Hotel is a great value; stay here if you value service and excellent access to Barra’s beach.

The experience at the hotel was very good, from the moment we arrived we were received very well by all the staff. It's not the most modern hotel in the world, but it's very well maintained. The facilities are good, breakfast does not have as much variety as I imagined but the taste made up for everything, delicious. It's really worth it for what it delivers, even more so if you compare the price with other hotels with more ”name” but that deliver a similar experience. The rooftop/pool area is very cozy and looks really nice at night, with lights around the pool and the bar selling drinks and contagious music

A very average hotel experience. I will start with the slight complaints: The room was not perfectly clean (the bed skirting was stained, for example), but the sheets, pillows, and mattress were clean. The hotel was a bit loud at times, as you can hear other guests in the hall from inside the rooms. The room service was very slow, and my fiancée’s order was messed up the first time (she recieved the wrong item). However, the kitchen quickly made things right by sending the correct order. My food was alright, and she really liked what she ordered. The room was a decent size. It had a full-sized couch, large bathroom, and a double bed in the room we booked. The shower was amazing. It was the highlight of the trip for me. The room had a view of The Redeemer which was nice. We booked this hotel mostly due to its proximity to Santos Dumont airport; it was perfect for us in that regard. If you have an early flight from SDU, this is an easy hotel to recommend.

Decent hotel . Not a 5 star but a decent 4 star . Missing some bits to be considered as a 5 star. Shout out to fernando and marcio who were excellent staff round the pool . Making sure our drinks were full and always with a smile . Also Monique are cleaner was excellent and attentive to our requests. Reception staff that done our check in and check out were very good as well. Found it slightly odd all the sales people trying to sell time shares all over the hotel . Breakfast staff were great and happy . The evening staff not so much . Overall it was a good stay and good value for money

Very relaxing stay at this hotel. The location right across from the beach was great. And what an amazing beach. Sunsets were incomparable. Much cleaner and far more chill than Copa or Ipanema. The service on the beach was excellent, staff were very attentive and quick.. The food in the lobby bar was also excellent with good options for a vegetarian. Another added bonus were the free bikes to go for a cycle along the coast.

This is the best hotel in Rio de Janeiro if you are looking for a beach experience. The hotel is right in front of the beach in a safe part of it. You will have breakfast right in front of the beach, you get the best view from the rooftop pool (which is heated, for me is a plus). Negative points: cheapest room is incredibly small and has a terrible view. Recepcion is very busy all the time and 20% of the staff are not friendly, but the other 80% are. You can't expect them to book you a restaurant for example, and if they do they will not be very happy. My suggestions for Arpoador: i love your place, i have been there 3 times and i will return. It would be nice to have a welcome drink on arrival, and the pool upstairs could have some relaxing music. Also staff with a little more training would be perfect! Some of them are already perfect.
