I stayed in a room with crumbling old mattresses. The sink and shower were clogged, pooling water. The hotel photos look better than it actually is.

Hotel well located for those in Rio de Janeiro on business, with easy access to the central area and Niterói. Very well decorated, beautiful environment and the rooms are large and in good spirits. The restaurant has great options, is very varied, and the food is very tasty. Breakfast, even with the protocols against the coronavirus, is well served, varied and very tasty. The best of all was the service, the whole staff very helpful and attentive.

O hotel possui um ótimo custo-benefício para quem está de passagem e vai ficar poucos dias. Fiquei apenas uma noite. Em se tratando do Centro do Rio de Janeiro, fica bem localizado. Próximo ao aeroporto, que era o que eu queria. Na hora de fazer o check in e pagar a estadia a recepcionista iria cobrar um valor mais alto do que o que eu havia fechado no booking. Mostrei o aplicativo para ela e ela então cobrou o valor certo. Contudo isso não foi o que eu menos gostei, na verdade nem me incomodou. O quarto estava com muito cheiro de água sanitária, ficamos com receio porque sou asmática e o cheiro forte me dá crise. Mas colocamos as coisas no quarto, ligamos o ar no mínimo, deixamos a janela aberta para amenizar o cheiro e saímos (e isso funcionou). A parte do banheiro que fica o vaso sanitário é minúscula. Meu namorado é alto e teve que usar o banheiro de porta aberta, de tão pequeno que era o espaço. Apesar da localização ser bem no Centro, o que é ótimo e prático durante o dia, na parte da noite não achamos nada seguro. Preferimos não andar por lá e pedir um lanche pelo ifood. Já havia me hospedado no Ibis Budget de Copacabana e a experiência foi ótima, não teve nenhum problema, por isso não pensei duas vezes na hora de ter escolhido esse. It's hard to even say what's bad about the hotel! Absolutely everything is bad. First, when we arrived at the hotel, we noticed that it had two elevators, but only one was working and it was extremely small! It fits three people, tight, at most. The hotel reception is completely dark, a very hostile environment. I booked a room with a king size bed and was placed in a cubicle, with two single beds. The bathroom was so small that the door wouldn't close with us inside. They changed our room to one, a little bigger, but with a tiny bed and a hard, super uncomfortable mattress. The only good thing was the air, which was freezing, at least that, and the good will of the receptionist who tried in vain to resolve the issues. And there are more bad things, but it's better to let it go. There are infinitely better options in the center of RJ.

Hotel with many passengers and therefore very noisy, all the noise entered the room. Late check-in. The room key/card would not get the room, three times I had to go to the front desk until the key worked. The terrace and the pool are very small. It's not an ugly hotel, but...

I was hosted in this hotel last weekend - 02 to 03/07/2022. I have contacted me, and Mrs Vanessa has answered me, she kept the forgotten pieces, and the next day she sent me for Sedex with great delight and sympathy, and I would like to congratulate her on the sensitivity and empathy shown by that person. All the staff very careful and efficient.

Hotel with excellent location, very good service since reception, room service and cleaning service. The room with great cost benefit, but only the availability of parking vacancies (but the team was careful and arranged a vacancies for the car night). If you have another event in Niteroi, I will want to repeat that choice. The food was fat and tasty, room with noise-free windows and king bed. I recommend, surely

We were given the worst room in the hotel to start with. No window, small double bed… after we complained they moved us to a slightly better room but on the first floor with a window overlooking a car park... There were various issues throughout our stay, such as, the inconvenience of moving rooms, carrying our heavy luggage around. Also, we asked to add one extra day (a 5th day) to our booking. But on the 4th day the key card stopped working because it had not processed through their system that our stay had been extended so we could not get enter our room. So that was another trip downstairs to join the reception queue to try sort it… The breakfast was good, there was a selection of 4 natural fruit juices and the food never ran out and was always fresh. The swimming pool was small and they had a 1 hour slot booking system if you wanted to use it. The pool was crowded; there were people drinking beer in the pool and the water was a bit dirty and too warm. There weren’t enough sun loungers for everyone despite the booking system. They give you beach towels but make sure you know you will be charged if the towel is not returned to them. Checking out was a problem too. Our Uber was almost there to collect us and the hotel staff said they needed to check our room before we could leave, to see if we had consumed anything from the fridge in the room. I paid for the outstanding charges and I told them we hadn’t consumed anything and any issues please call, and I left. She gave me a look as I was leaving as if I was doing something wrong. Finally, I am still waiting for the reimbursement of the deposit I had to pay (500 reais) at check in - it’s now been 3 weeks. While we were there, I heard a couple at reception complaining about their car - the car park at the hotel was apparently full and the owner did not want his car to be parked elsewhere. Oh and lastly: I would say good evening to staff at the front door every time I walked past and NOT ONCE was I greeted in return.

Carlos my breakfast server always makes my morning start great. He is always on time and always makes sure I have everything I need. He speaks very good English. This is my second time to stay here for a week quaranteen and I have had him the majority of both visits.

Only breakfast leaves to be desired; The coffee staff is very careless , not paying attention to restore what will end ... - Then they end up the cuttings, and they will take a long rest.
