Does not meet my needs as someone from a western country - uk for the price of £100 a night. It would be ok if room cost £50 a night. Its better to spend £10 to £20 more for premium hotel. Good points 1.Concierge was excellent at checking in, talking to us, advice and seemed genuine. 2. English speaking 3. Breakfast selection 4. Customer service was good 5. Room was comfortable enough 6. Big tv 7. Nice pool 8. Comfortable bed Bad points 1. Room looked tired and not maintained eg paint work, shower finishing etc 2. Patio door to beach was simple construction and poorly made so didnt close tight hence very very noisy anf can hear road and sea 3. Certain parts of room arent cleaned throughout eg sides have dust 4. Gym very basic

Positive Great Location, you are relatively close to everything in walking distance. There is a pharmacy next door, as well as a bakery that has outstanding quality. The rooms are clean and spacious. One of the big pros for me is that there are no carpets, which is a big plus. It avoids any unpleasant smells. Negative Unfortunately, there are a lot more negative comments rather than positive ones. My family and I usually stay at the Grand Hyatt, but due to Covid-19, the hotel was temporarily closed. We were left with no other option but to give this hotel a try. I want to emphasize that this hotel has the potential to be a 4 or 5-star hotel if adjustments are made. Nonetheless, this hotel should be a 3 star. On the first day of arrival, we had wifi. However, on the 2 day of our stay, we no longer had wifi. We contacted the reception desk, and the girls in counter said they were having issues with their wifi due to their guest capacity?!?!?!?!?!?! really? This is a hotel that shouldn't even be an issue. We are in 2020 in 2020 even McDonalds has a reliable WIFI however, Windsor Marapendi did not. After a few days the ”Partial Wifi” was back up, I mean partial because the wifi was only available in the lobby. Just writing this review baffles me with their lack of proper and basic preparation and administration. Wifi was not available during our entire 9-day stay. We stayed on the 13th floor, and again I repeat no wifi in the room. I had to go down to the lobby so I could log in to my laptop to work. How inconvenient and above all this, not one apology and acknowledgment of their lack of proper planning from the hotel, and they didn't even move a finger to make matters right with this nuisance. There was a lack of responsibility and care from the hotel. All they would say is that they are working on it. The hotel charges for the use of an adapter. It's 50 real. Although it's nothing if you convert it to USD, all hotels allow you to borrow an adapter if needed. Especially one that has no wifi. (forgive me, but I can't get over this wifi issue) Breakfast is free, which is a nice thing (especially for a hotel with no wifi), but it's mediocre, your best off going out for breakfast you will have a much better experience. Blowdryer is obsolete. Suppose you want to dry your hair, good luck. Bring your blowdryer. In my case, I had to go out and buy one during my stay. The Reception desk crew needs a complete revamp on professionalism and Customer Service. If you are trying to be a high-end hotel ( Which this hotel is not), Customer service is everything you guest needs to feel welcomed and feel like their needs is cared for regardless of how little or big their needs are. Windsor Marapendi, you have great potential if the criticism is taken and executed for them not to happen again in the future with other guests. You need major improvement. You should be rated as a 2 star if that. Holiday inn is a 5 star compared to

I hosted the blinds, seeing only a few photos from the official website since there were few last-hour options available for this weekend. The boy (Gabriel or Daniel) a little more sought, finished my check in. The room was sad, between the air conditioning and the wall had a hole that lets the wind and the whole noise of the street enter. I asked you to change my room, because my sleep is light, they said I was exhausted, even if I saw online availability, and I said that as a consumer I could ask for a refund, they said they would call me back, it never happened. I called again, this time, very angry, and a room was wonderfully free. The boy Gabriel went to my room, with good willingness to help me, took me to the other room that was really quiet (there was no balcony but at least no noise). I was tired and I didn't want to be a boring man who complains about everything, but the photos say on themselves. Shaped towels, furnished shirts, all damaged in the micro-room, breakfast with old taste, guest struggle at the reception that gave up to police and break, finally ... in a day that is not so cheap, for me was the worst experience of I have been home in a luxury and economic location, and I know when the hotel is simple but honest, let me go away from the garden, and, to worse, I found a cheap room on the second day. The ladder's lady shouting high early morning, waking up ... Even so, all in this hotel is horrible. The location, far from everything, has no coffee shop nearby.

Excellent option in the Tijuca bar .. price a little higher and even well above but due carnaval period.. great breakfast but at 10:30 a.m. the restaurant staff are already passing a “furacan” withdrawing everything and no water leaves.. The sauna wasn't working.. it looks like q had broken and did not fix on the same day .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

The phone is very bad! In a pandemic, they check in and check out without any control. Zero organization, the photos speak for themselves. The check in in my case was made at 7:50 p.m., knowing that the room would be released at 14 p.m., I talked about the possibility of a room before me if there was before that time (deadline). When it was 11 a.m., the receptionist Danielle called me and said she had the room available, but she had a half-day cost. I didn't want to pay half-day because there was only 3 hours left to start my day and because I would be out at lunch. I returned at 15:20 p.m. and look at the row size ( full pandemic) to check in. Note that there is no indication of distance between people. Another thing, why not check in as soon as they have available rooms and are arresting the guest until X??? The hotel administration has no respect, they are purely profit, no courtesy, and they will never be a good hotel with this level of service. If you respect your health and your family, you don't stay in this hotel.

Beautiful and well located hotel with beach service but in need of renovations. The health security part in the worst part of Covid with a 1000% increase in cases not only of covid but of H3N2o was the worst possible. They even demanded a vaccination card at the entrance, but the control of poorly educated people, without the minimum of education, especially Argentines, was nil. Nobody said anything about them even riding in elevators without masks. Guests at the reception were not alerted by the staff because they were not wearing masks and, amazingly, countless employees at the front such as receptionists and other employees either without masks or with them protecting their chins. Bizarre! My room just hadn't been cleaned on one of the days and the carpet and curtains were FILTHY, not dirty, FILTHY indeed. Finally, they offer free parking both on Trivago, both here and by phone, as they insisted on making sure and at checkout they charged R$ 30.00 per day. It's not even for the value but for the SACANAGE itself. I do not recommend this Hotel!
