Boa Tarde, um bom hotel bem localizado, atendentes cordiais e educados, limpeza impecável, wi fi razoável, café da manhã é bom se for logo cedo, no último dia, deixei para mais tarde, não há reposição de alimentos, fiquei com sobras de pão, cestinhos vazios, a camareira está sobrecarregada de serviço, cheguei na quinta-feira, no sábado deixei cartão para limpeza, a camareira, muito educada, pediu desculpas, pois não podia me atender, estava atarefada com uma demanda de novos hóspedes que iriam cchegar o hotel Nobile deveria contratar mais camareiras, não colocar uma senhora para limpar o hotel todo.
Este feedback queria registrar.

Good place and service. A good location, close to the downtown and restaurants, a few minutes from airport. Excellent people and roons. Very good. The roons are very confortable and they have a excellent shower. Amenities are good. Isn’t a best price, but the experience, is very good.

Não acreditei quando vi equipamentos da academia enferrujados, as regulagens de uma estação multifuncional estava emperrada, comandos testeis da esteira destruídos, literalmente perfurados pelo uso, cobre leito quase puindo, deixei lixo na chão e depois da arrumação continuavam lá, as camas de solteiro são simples e quando pedi para transformar em cama de casal me cobraram 100,00 reais a mais, não consegui reservar cama de casal pelo Booking, tenho 1,90mt e precisava de uma cama maior, paguei pelo direito de dormir melhor, lamentável, não acredito que este seja o padrão da rede, espero que a empresa tome providências, em contra partida o atendimento do restaurante é a comida é muito boa a estrutura do hotel também é, só falta de fato gastar um pouco mais em manutenção e reposição, espero poder voltar e encontrá-lo em melhor estado de conservação
