The room was dirty and in desperate need of redecoration. The bathroom tiles need a good scrub as they were dirty in places and full of black mould.
Definitely not worth the cost of the room. We had three rooms for our stay and all had the same issues. We chose not to stay for breakfast because of the cleanliness concerns although the pub did look fine.
Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Fine and comfortable, service needs to improve
A good budget option, rooms are clean and comfortable enough, think better than a Travelodge but not a premier inn.
The food is decent to be fair and good value
Drinks a little expensive although if you want to order on the app you can save 10% but the app isn't great and the bar is metres away
Breakfast was the let down , very strict on an 8am start, the time for food to arrive was very long and many options out of stock . It could be make so much better with pre orders and times so this wouldn't happen. The food again was good when it came but breakfast needs an overhaul on service to stop you leaving thinking about it as it's the last thing if the stay

We stayed for two nights. One adult and two children the room.waa clean and spacious and thr beds were very comfortable, we had everything we needed. The food was lovely and every member of staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Lovely stay.
Pleasant room, we stayed in Annexe 15, nice little room with full facilities, was a little bit dusty but otherwise perfect.
Super comfy bed, powerful shower and perfect location with great parking.
The staff were great too.

Do not book this hotel as they have now charged me twice for a room booked and paid for to *******.
When you get the confirmation you need to complete sign in details which, like other hotels, require you to enter credit card details for any incidental charges.
This lot then proceded to charge me the cost of the room again and have now reported that error. During the initial discussions about the mistaken charge they said they never get any payment from ******* and refused to refund me the money. ******* even spoke to them and got the same response so ******* processed a refund to me.
Shocking admin that has spoiled any otherwise great break and I'll never stay here again or even visit the bar.

Stayed for a couple of nights and staff were extremely helpful, friendly and polite.
Nothing was too much trouble and were were made welcome throughout our stay.
The food & accommodation was great.
Location was brilliant with great atmosphere. Shall definitely return & will share this with friends and family.
