The hotel is clean, new, the facilities and coffee are good, the team is sympathetic and performing, but they have a serious technical problem with a strong smell of waste in the bathrooms. We reserved two rooms for the family, and there was a strong smell of reflux of waste gas for the bathrooms, which invaded the rooms. In one of them the smell was so unacceptable that we could hardly enter, and we had to use the other room's bathroom, we were informed that the hotel has this problem in several rooms, and that they are investigating the cause. It seems to be a matter of bad swamping of the rails or badly fixed the rings of the health basins, but, finally, before they resolve this, it is a very difficult place to stay, unfortunately.

The hotel is just a few minutes' car from the Europa Park. The rooms are relatively small. But only for nights is completely enough. Positive: Beautiful rooms Free parking outside the house Clean friendly staff Negative: No safe in the room No shower door (seems to be modern now, but the bath will keep wet ...) Breakfast is (for the price) OK, No more and not less. The nearby motorway we have not heard despite open window. All in all worth a recommendation.

The location is central to visit the Europa Park. We stayed with 2 people in the hotel. The room was small but sufficient for staying. Unfortunately, there are no deposit boxes for bags etc. We had booked breakfast buffet for €8.50 and for me the selection was unfortunately a little disappointing. I had expected more choice but it went well. But what completely shocked me is the price policy of B&B. I had booked the double room online on the B&B side for €102 + breakfast. In the hotel a double room was offered for €72 according to the outskirt. That hotel costs €30 more online, I don't find it okay.
