Expected more
We have stayed at this location multiple times. We had been on vacation and stopped 1/2 way home for the night. We chose this place because my son wanted a hot tub, and we knew they had one. Well, after getting dressed to go to the hot tub, we discovered it was closed. No notice on website, no notice at front desk..nothing.
The pool was dirty and fishy smelling. Looked as if it was on the verge of getting slimy. My son and husband couldn't really swim because of it.
The corridors could use some freshening up. Rooms were clean, but nothing major. Our A/C unit started to smell like heat had been turned on, After turning off and back on , the smell left the room.
ALOT of storage rooms doors were standing open, for anyone to go into
Breakfast was the usual waffles and pastries.
Staff was pleasant.

Evening check-in and morning check-out were easy. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was available—several items to select from.

I feel like the room wasn’t cleaned properly. I went to shower and there was hair all over the floor and shower : I grabbed a towel and there was a clump of hair in between the clean towels. Our sheets had black like lint balls on them. The fan in the bathroom is beyond load not to mention the ac unit. The pool and jacuzzi was nice. As the rain picked up the ceiling started leaking in the pool area which makes me feel like mold could be an issue. The staff is amazing!

I love that they had coffee and cookies upon check-in. They had a great breakfast and nice indoor pool and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay. Biggest complaint was the hotel was located next to a restaurant that played extremely loud music on Friday night that lasted until way too late. Not sure if the hotel can do anything to avoid this, maybe offer ear plugs or sound machines to guests?
