When we booked it was mentioned spas on our arrival we asked the lady at the counter what time the spas close she told us 9am but dsl it is not included with the room.
Dsl but on the hotel website it is clearly mentioned that there is a spa, that's why we chose your hotel.
She tells us if you want the spas you have to pay $50 per person to have access...what????
We told him our dissatisfaction and mentioned that this should be indicated!
The next day we put the cards back and underline the same things.
The person at reception told us but dsl for the big one you have to pay $50 but for the second one it's free 😡
I don't understand why yesterday when we arrived there young lady we didn't mention it. There we handed over the cards and learned that we could have taken advantage of the small spas!

In addition, when you expect something and you travel 31/2 miles, it's very disappointing.
Very disappointed with our experience at this hotel. I recommend the governor who is next door with a large free swimming pool!

We should have been notified, by measure of respect, that there would be noise, music, electric tools, building material deliveries starting at 6h30 am right outside our bedroom window every morning. We paid full price but were not advise of the early morning rukus. Not impressed with this service.

I do recommend it, good quality and impressive view to the water. At 4 **** I was expecting to have included a bottle of water ( at least the coffe it was). As an observation, there was 4 pillows on the kind bed so I would recommend rhat 2 of them to be changed with a soft type pillows.

We, as a couple, really enjoyed our stay at the hotel even if it was only for one night! Our room was clean and very confortable and the staff was very nice and polite. We highly recommend this place!

Front desk staff could use some training. Young lady who greeted me couldn't be bothered to say Bonjour. She just stared at me. Clock radio didn't work. Tried to turn on A/C unit and it didn't go on. Pillows were hard. Rest was fine for $300.

- Awful Samsung TV cable system. Channels were not user friendly. - Nespresso coffee machine was not user friendly and we had to ask every time we needed coffee - no blankets (had to ask) - we have to ask for everything - I lost $934 because they charged me for not showing up on time (our bus was cancelled because of a bad winter storm) - I talked to the clerk at the desk and no refund. I had phoned before leaving 2 days before and a young clerk seemed to have understood but alas no. We were too exhausted to communicate with the hotel manager that wasn't on site.
