Grocery store next door, liquor store and pharmacy make it a good choice. Microwave in the room is super practical

It was perfect for an overnight stay after a long day of driving. The only negative I can say is that they don’t have elevators, or divine, to carry your bags up the stairs. Great breakfast. Nice not to have to go out to a restaurant, and just hit the road. Thank you

The staff member at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She saved us from having to speak very bad French by speaking excellent English to us!

Staff were friendly at check in and explained the breakfast process and parking. Suggested a nearby option for items I needed from a grocery store.

It's located in a very good place. easy to explore around the hotel. I2s quite and safe, which gives peace during your stay.

Breakfast was just ok . Should have an earlier breakfast time especially since it is near a National Park and some people need to get going early. The coffee was watered down, no flavor. The people working there were very friendly and the accommodations were clean, but the room had a very strong Lysol smell! Hard to get over that. Close to Au Bic was helpful.

Room needs updating but very clean, smelled a little musty. Got woken up by dogs barking in the middle of the night.staff very friendly and helpful someone parked in our spot and it was resolved quickly.

Easy to find areas to walk our dog not far from the hotel.
The room has been refurbished but it would have been nice to have vynil flooring instead of carpet which, finaly always look kind of dirty (even if not).
Except one staff member our last evening who was very helpfull in stelling acces to the 2 EV charger, the other we met were OK, but not forecoming. It could be better.

The description said wheel chair accessible. When you open the door there is a big lip which was difficult to get the wheel chair over.
Breakfast is continental not hot as described.
To be a truly wheelchair accessible bathroom you need at least two more hand bars. One to get into the tub from the outside of the tub and one to help get off the toilet.

The pull-out bed was not comfortable. The regular bed is too soft , my back was sore the next morning. We were very limited with the options that weekend, so we were grateful to have a place to stay, but it was not a great experience.
Also, the included breakfast was advertised as having eggs and meat, which was not the case. The options were practically all carbs (save for yogurt and peanut butter).
