This hotel is perfectly located between city centre and the beach. It’s also easy access to train station (10min walk) and bus 9 (airport). The bedroom was fine and bathroom was roomy and shower was good. Air con was pleasant. I didn’t try breakfast or restaurant. The safe had no keys but we eventually found them. My two quibbles: no one answered any of my emails so I had to call to double check they weren’t shut due to COVID 19 or something ; (annoying!) the cleaning starts at 7am, and frankly, the maid is the noisiest person ever. Imagine a hoover on the room next to you at 7am when you went to bed at 2am! The walls are paper thin and you hear the neighbours, which is not great, but cleaning staff can be scheduled for a more godly hour. I had the worst 3 mornings ever, up hours before I intended to be. As many travellers complained and clearly the hotel doesn’t care, I am giving only 3 stars.

Hat’s off to the Hotel Royal Plaza in Rimini. Nice rooms with the perfect location—a few steps away from the beach and nightlife on the Main Street yet set back just enough to miss the noise and congestion. The staff is available 24 hours a day and the manager, Oana, is always ready to go the second mile to make sure all your needs are met. Will definitely stay again on the next visit to Rimine

Just a wonderful place. Such friendly service from such a wonderful and smiling staff in a beautifully clean hotel. Absolutely wonderful. I just spent a few days in Rimini (mid July of 2021) for some vacation. I stayed at the Hotel Accademia on Viale Sabotino and I was not disappointed. Antonella had corresponded with me by e-mail and was there to great me when I arrived. She immediately saw I was a bit overheated from my walk from the train station and immediately offered cool refreshing water flavored with lemon and a bit of mint. Then I went to my room and it was immaculately clean. Everything looked just so wonderful and inviting. Antonella went out of her way to explain where to find things and answered questions about sites I was interested in visiting. The entire staff was so friendly. The hotel had a peaceful ambience about it and I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep. The mornings featured a very complete breakfast bar with very cheerful staff ready to fill your plate with your favorite choices. And the price is very reasonable. I can honestly say that I feel I really hit the jackpot with this hotel. Highly recommended.

Stayed at this hotel just one night before heading to San Marino. The location is superb,just two blocks from Rimini train station. The hotel is at the corner of street. The lobby is clean and staffs are very helpful. The room is clean and spacious,not very modern but very neat. I have the corner room at the highest floor with good view and a small balcony that can stand there to enjoy the view. The bed is average,the bathroom is bright and water power was excellent. Room provides free coffee and tea, a small safe and slipper. The breakfast was average but adequate with hot items. Coming out from lobby turn right,walk strait then you will arrive at Piazza Tre Martiri, the old part of Rimini. The stone bridge of Rimini also walkable around ten minutes from hotel. Surrounding the hotel don’t have eating place,just a simple chinese restaurant in front of the hotel. But at old town there are plenty of restaurants. As this is a business hotel then no swimming pool and kids playing area. Considering the location,then highly recommended for those who plan a short stay in Rimini.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff are charming and very friendly. We checked in on my birthday and on going back to our room the first night I was delighted to find a bottle of Prosecco, some cakes and a card from the staff as they had noticed the date on my passport. Lovely pool area. Pre dinner drinks were very well accompanied by complementary nibbles, which is a lovely touch. Breakfast great with nice coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, lots of good choice and friendly wait staff. Would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly return the next time I visit Rimini.

My boyfriend and I recently returned from a 5-night stay at the Mercury Rimini Lungomare. We absolutely loved our time at this hotel and found it to be extremely good value for money. The whole place was spotlessly clean, our room very comfortable and the breakfasts were lovely. We also really appreciated the pool area, which although small was still nice for relaxing. Most importantly, however, we found the hotel staff to be wonderful: really friendly and helpful and they made an effort to remember us and to always say hello, which made us feel really welcome. Other high points were the fact that the hotel is located right next to the beach and all the main seafront amenities. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

A row of hotels on the beach, 2 minutes walk to the beach, The night market downstairs is very lively, there are many restaurants and fruit shops, very convenient, The weekend Champions League final, the young people watching the ball on the beach is very lively, there is a party after the end, suitable for people with nightlife The room is small, the health is OK, there is a small balcony to see the sea view.

Abbiamo selezionato questo Hotel tra quelli presenti nel pacchetto di Mirabilandia di 2 notti. Non appena ho prenotato li ho chiamati per sapere se avessero una spondina da inserire nel letto matrimoniale in quanto nostra figlia di 3 anni dorme con noi. In caso contrario mi sono reso disponibile a portarmela io da casa. Mi hanno riferito che avrebbero verificato e fatto sapere. Li ho richiamati io dopo una settimana e mi hanno risposto che ancora non avevano controllato, dopo mezz'ora un ragazzo gentile mi ha finalmente confermato che la avevano. Arriviamo la sera del giorno di check-in dopo essere stai al parco, ci accoglie una signorina molto gentile che ci dice comunque che ormai per quella notte non potevano richiamare il personale delle camere e quindi per la prima notte niente spondina (?). La mattina dopo gli ricordo di farcela trovare in camera e mi assicurano che non ci saranno problemi. La sera al nostro rientro, sempre la signorina mi dice che la dovrebbero aver già inserita e se non dovesse esserci, di richiamare in reception che avrebbero provveduto. Niente di tutto questo! Chiamo il ricevimento, non risponde nessuno, scendo e mi dice che al nostro rientro dopo cena la avremmo trovata in camera. Rientriamo e niente ancora. Il portiere di notte ci dice di attendere 10 minuti che ce l'avrebbero portata in camera (ore 23.10), a mezzanotte chiamo... ”si mi scusi ma abbiamo un problema da risolvere prima”...a quel punto mi sono davvero innervosito e riepilogato quando scritto anche in questa recensione. Ho risolto diversamente accostando il terzo letto alla parte della bimba e non gli ho aperto perchè SOLO DOPO ESSERMI ARRABBIATO AL TELEFONO, in 10 minuti sono arrivati con la benedetta spondina!!! Assurdo che per una cosa così stupida, il ricordo della vacanza sia rovinata dal menefreghismo /incompetenza/mancanza di comunicazioni tra personale. Per il resto mi associo a chi ha scritto che il bagno (soprattutto la doccia) è da rifare e pulire meglio. Ristorante ok. Non torneremo più.

I stayed a night in this beautiful hotel. It was very comfortable for the nearby station, almost next to it, so as I arrived on the train, it was very comfortable for me to go to the hotel. The cleaning of the rooms, large and spacious, in a beautiful villa, immersed in green, I personally believe I never made a better breakfast than that made there.. variety of sweet and salt.. c was the embarrassment of the choice, even gluten-free foods for those who needed it.. If I had to return to Riccione, I would know where to stay without thinking about it :)
