Booked this hotel given the good reviews It had however could not have been more disappointed. Firstly there was no hot water in the shower and the shower drain was totally blocked. The bed was rock hard and I don't think the pillows had been changed in 10years. The aircomditioing kept cutting off at night and also was full of mould. To make things worse the doors were hollow and could hear everything coming from hotel corridors. Given the price we paid it was a very disappointing stay

A disappointing place. Service lack of professionalism. The rooms are just a disaster. Beds are or very hard or very soft. Air conditioning with mild. Not hot water in the shower. Pillows are or very light or very heavy. Shower drain all blocked. The toilet leaking water every time you flush it down. You can also hear every single step, door or cries of the outside of the room. No value at all for the price you pay.

Fantastic vacation in hotel Kim,Rimini. Clean,modern place with super friendly people working there.Fresh and tasty food! Rooms are modern and spacious with a nice balcony.Very quiet neighbourhood. We are very happy that we found this place ! Thank you!

The management and staff are always kind and Good appearance since we came at hotel kim since 2021.the hotel is 2 Star but its look like 4 ⭐ my family most of all my children's is satisfied.thank you Sir Christian and ma'am Gloria God bless 🙏.

The hotel is excellent, the location is great, close to the beach, the rooms are clean, and all the staff are friendly, one thing is missing (refrigerator in the room), this hotel should get three stars or more.
