We spent 7 days (July 1st 8th) in the hotel. The place is cosy, the owners and the staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms are small but clean. The towels are changed every day. The food is tasty but not varied. Olga, Gyula from Hungary.

Typical 3-star hotel on the Riviera Romagnola, which could use a facelift to the walls and furnishings, but which still offers excellent value for money. Pros: super helpful, friendly and welcoming staff, 24-hour reception, central and convenient location for the center and the beach, we had clean towels every day, excellent coffee, new air conditioning just installed. Cons: rooms in need of modernization, difficulty parking in the area, we stayed for New Year's Eve but I imagine that in summer the room without a balcony becomes uncomfortable for drying costumes and beach towels.

Unica nota positiva il personale: gentile e disponibile Per il resto non e un 3 stelle. Camera piccolissima, bagno micron dove se facevi la doccia bagni anche wc e bidè... Stanza così piccola che sembrava una cella. Finestra con le inferriate, quasi impossibile aprire le persiane. Colazione da migliorare, poca offerta e non di qualità. Costo X singola X notte 92€.... C'è molto da migliorare

La struttura ha alcuni punti di forza come la posizione, che seppur non fronte mare é estremamente comoda per la spiaggia (ci si arriva a piedi in 5 minuti) e per la via principale di Rimini con parchi e locali. Altresì comoda la possibilità di avere la pensione completa (colazione-pranzo-cena) e il posto spiaggia convenzionato: si definisce tutto prima Gentile anche tutto lo staff, molto efficiente in sala con menzione al titolare, gentile e desideroso di mettere a propio agio gli ospiti. Le stanze, classiche, si raffrescano molto bene ma il clima va pagato a parte se si prenota su portali esterni. In definitiva il prezzo é abbastanza congruo per il servizio offerto e per un servizio completo. Ci sono alcune criticità o cose da migliorare: - parcheggio non facile in zona; - antipasti (nella scelta) e primi piatti (nel sapore) del ristorante da migliorare; - stanza base con bagno veramente piccolo e senza bidet che potrebbe rendere poco comodo un soggiorno prolungato; - aree comuni da rivedere nell’arredo, rovinato, che sente il peso degli anni. La struttura, con qualche accorgimento come sopra adottabile, é comunque un buon punto di partenza per qualche giorno a Rimini.
