The hotel looks decent at first, but the room was very small, dark, and uncomfortable. The whole arrangement was illogical, one chair for two guests, wardrobe blocking the window and no bedside table, only a small shelf with an old cord phone (that didn't even have dial tone, so why??). I tossed the phone under the bed to have a bit of space for my stuff but we were stumbling over our bags and stuff all the time. The room was looking over rooftops and another hotel, no view. To our dismay, there was no balcony and all terraces were locked from the guests stuck with a shoecloset like ours. The bedding consists of one sheet for blanket, which was not enough in 18 degrees so we used the extra plush blankets which dirtied our beds - they had sand in them, a previous guest must have taken them to the beach. See attached pictures. Alarming, since the last time it was beach time had been 7-8 months ago so this means the extra blankets in the wardrobe are not washed or even shaken out for months (or maybe ever). Absolutely disgusting. We found the handsoap dispenser empty and during our stay it was never refilled. We did not know about the wall sockets being different from ours so we didn't have appropriate chargers. When I asked for an adapter they said they had none - we later found adapters in shops for 1.5 €. A hotel should invest in a few of those I think... The reception doesn't speak English but they are more than ready to recite War and Peace for you in Italian, not caring weather you understand or not, so good luck keeping up with that. When sitting at the tables outside the hotel, burning cigarette butts were thrown down at us from one of the balconies. That should tell you a lot about the guests that go there. The breakfast was great but the room was deplorable. I give the 2 stars just because of the breakfast, but we'd never go back here and we can't recommend this place. It reeks of neglect. It must have been nice once upon a time, but now, it needs serious upgrades and much much better housekeeping.

Ottimo hotel, rispecchia pienamente le 3 stelle posizione eccezionale. Ambiente interni molto curati, da rinfrescare un po' le stanze, però è stato l'unico hotel dove in camera era pieno di prese. Pulizia ottima, personale gentile e preparato, colazione internazionale ottima. Unica pecca il parcheggio non sempre disponibile lungo la strada.

Hotel molto comodo in quanto si trova praticamente sul viale che costeggia il mare, viale Regina Elena, e a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione FS. Di perse non è male, camera molto ampia, buffet colazione ricco e ben presentato, personale molto gentile. Si perdono un po’ nei particolari: al soffione della doccia mancavano dei pezzi di rifinitura e perdeva acqua, la sedia aveva la seduta sfondata (subito sostituita), gli attaccapanni erano per la maggiora il filo di ferro, quelli che ti da la tintoria.

Si sa che con i 3 stelle puoi aspettarti qualunque cosa, dall'hotel di ottimo livello alla stamberga. Ecco, diciamo che questo hotel è molto lontano dal primo e molto vicino alla seconda. Non si salva veramente nulla, a parte la gentilezza del personale. Per il resto viene voglia di starci il meno possibile

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Albergo per tre notti, per una breve vacanza a Rimini. L'hotel si trova in posizione strategica, vicino alle Vie centrali e a due passi dal mare, pur non rimanendo sulla Via trafficata e quindi si apprezza la silenziosità della zona. La nostra camera è essenziale, pulita e dotata dei requisiti standard. C'è pulizia sia nella stanza che nel bagno. Viene pulita ogni giorno, con relativo cambio degli asciugamani. È dotata di frigo bar, asciugacapelli, televisione e il bagno ha la doccia. La colazione è ottima, con pietanze sia salate che dolci. Per il posteggio, con un po' di fortuna, è possibile trovarlo gratuito nella Via dell'albergo o in qualche parallela. Prezzo in linea con i servizi offerti. Gentilissimo il personale alla reception. Consigliato.

Hotel tre stelle in posizione ottimale, camere in linea con l'aspettativa dato il prezzo economico. Colazione ben oltre le aspettative, abbondantissima e con cornetti salati deliziosi. Ottimi i dolci e buone le bevande calde. Nota negativa per me è stato solo il letto e la rumorosità esterna (c'è una struttura di salesiani di fronte e hanno fatto festa fino ad oltre mezzanotte) i rumori e gli schiamazzi sono poi proseguiti anche oltre perché purtroppo da lì si sente anche quello che succede sul lungomare. Staff gentilissimo. Consiglio comunque la struttura

Non è possibile vendere una stanza come quella in foto (larga poco più di un corridoio!) ad un prezzo nemmeno tanto economico (150 euro a notte!). Non riesco a giudicare altri aspetti dell'hotel perchè troppo incaxxx per questa cosa! Consiglio vivamente al proprietaro di evitare di fittare questa stanza e adibirla a deposito, quello che probabilmente era prima!!!
