Superb quality in a great position. A few minutes walk to restaurants and the beach. Great room number 2 clean rooms and bathroom with the best shower I’ve had at any hotel. Great welcome at reception. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast available if required

Cancelled my booking at the last minute. I had the same experience as other prople that have booked this hotel. They cancelled the booking stating my payment card was invalid. This was despite me confirming 3 times the card details were correct and even gave them a different card the 3rd time. As with others who have experienced the same I was told that I could rebook but at the new higher price which was 4 times higher than I had booked. When I complained to the hotel they were very rude, told me it was my problem and when I left a review on Google they threatened me with legal action. I can prove these claims and have copies of the messages sent to me by the hotel. *********** tried to help me and told me the hotel had agreed to honour it but after contacting the hotel again they still refused to honour the booking. I have now booked an alternative more expensive hotel in Rimini with the exact same payment card which worked for that hotel fine. Beware that if you book with this hotel you might not get to stay there and it will end up costing you more money. I will be interested to see if they reply to this review in the same threatening tone.

Booked hotel via *********** and hotel cancelled!!!! This is less than 7 days away. Due to this, we have had to book another hotel in the town, which is double the price. My boyfriend has all the evidence to show that we did not breach any rules and the hotel cancelled for no reason!!! *********** told me that the hotel manages their own payments. That means their system needs to pre-authorize your card for security. For some reason their system could not validate the card. The most common reasons a card can’t be authorized are: • Incorrect card number or expiration date (Card was in date) • Insufficient funds (card limit was reached) (there is plenty available on the card) • Card doesn't allow international transactions (the card does) We suggest you try using a different card. (We did) We contacted the hotel to ask would the honour the booking at the price we booked and they said we could rebook £300 more than the original price!!

Small hotel (2/3 floors). We came late at night, and the reception guy did not speak English at all, and the service was slow and bad. The hotel looked at night like a grandmother's house. In the morning, the hotel looked better and the service in the reception was helpful, but still, the design is not to my liking - on the worst side of the antiques, also a poor view of the parking - not in the line of hotels next to the beach, but comfortable hotel.

I returned to this hotel after seven years and I must say that it is still an excellent choice for staying in the center of Rimini. The rooms are very comfortable, the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to satisfy guests' requests. The included breakfast is varied and plentiful, with both sweet and savory choices, perfect for starting the day off right. The hotel's location is convenient, just a short walk from the best beaches and clubs in Rimini. Parking available inside the hotel. Definitely worth trying is the intimate and intimate Spa, ideal for both couples and to regenerate. Overall, a truly pleasant stay! Highly recommended

We chose it for the aparthotel aspect of the kitchenette which, with a child who is still not sure of eating what the restaurant offers, is a salvation. I really appreciated the spacious studio apartment with double balcony, large bathroom with window and functional kitchenette. Daily cleaning service, like in a hotel room and possibility of booking a spacious parking space for a fee. Excellent position to easily reach the sea and the main streets with a wide choice of restaurants and mini markets. Enjoy your breakfast. Kind and helpful. Well done

A very nice residence just off the Rimini seafront, with very friendly and professional staff. The very spacious room with a truly relaxing mattress and pillows. Parking available not only in the residence, but also a stone's throw from the place. Good breakfast and good value for money. I definitely recommend it.

The people are friendly, the breakfast is very filling (be careful with the Italian coffee), the space is good. We were in a room for 3 and the second bed was a little uncomfortable, we were so tired that we didn't care. We also found some bugs on the curtains. The next day, we had a very early flight and they were available to help us with breakfast before the start time. Unfortunately, it was the earthquake in Türkiye and we didn't fly, so it wasn't necessary. Everyone very friendly.
