Hotel Rubens

So viel Geld bezahlt keine Parkplätze und keine frühstücken. Andere Hotel war 70€ wenig war .

Unfortunately we had an unpleasant stay due to several problems... first of all the room was very small 7.6m2 and not 11m2 as written, moving around the room with difficulty, the terrace door touched the bed, the bathroom very small with a camper sink, small. The mattress was 30 years old with springs that could be felt and hurt even if they had put a 1.5 cm topper, the old air conditioner that was not possible to turn on because it blew air on us, therefore badly positioned. You could hear every noise even the smallest ones from the neighbors and especially from the train that passed every 30 minutes. The breakfast was poor almost all packaged and always the same things, they were not in the bathroom, but were served on a plate by the staff and always the same things that I did not even want to see... the parking very small and paid 10 euros a day. The staff was helpful and kind, but it is not enough, so it was a bad experience. I do not recommend it to anyone.

English: Stay started with a mistake of mine for having booked without free cancellation and after several bounces between booking (customer service significantly worsened) and the hotel, in the end I managed to leave and stay at the hotel, immediately realizing the reviews were not consistent with reality. We immediately had the impression of not being in a 3-star hotel: very small rooms, not even able to open the door to enter (it banged on the bed) and to move inside the room; dust on all the furniture, with mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom and an air conditioner of at least 10/15 years ago, bad smell coming from the bathroom that then spread throughout the room and in the corridors of the hotel; hair dryer worked for very few minutes and you have to wait at least 10/15 minutes to be able to use it again. Furthermore, we were not informed upon arrival that the linen would be replaced every 3 days (which is absurd in a seaside location and especially for the month of August), but it was pointed out to us later with a reason relating to respect for the environment. Terrible location in my opinion, very far from the center, at least 5 km from the center of Rimini, and not well frequented. The hotel parking was too small to contain our car and they recommended a parking 400 meters away at €10 per day (and not €7 as indicated in the general information). Polite staff but it is not enough to give summary information (sometimes even inaccurate) and smile to gain the customer's trust. I certainly have not read reviews faithful to the reality that I saw with my own eyes.

Hotel recommended by friends, therefore by booking directly in the structure. Hotel with an excellent position in relation to the center and the confusion, very close to mini markets and restaurants and above all to the sea. Clean hotel, normal rooms and bathroom with comfortable shower. I recommend booking and using the parking if available because in the evening in the summer it is almost impossible to find a place nearby. The breakfast (very poor) was served in the hotel opposite the structure, not at all comfortable and pleasant. Very nice and very friendly and helpful staff. Upon our arrival we found fresh water and coupons (10/15/20% discounts) to be used at restaurants and pizzerias.
