So typical of Europe outside major centers not a chain hotel but independent. Full of charm and value for money. Arrival check in very helpful we were in a suite which was basically two rooms together so had two of everything. Well appointed, great balcony and sea view, jacuzzi bath in one bathroom. Elevators are small and quaint but faster than a huge chain hotel. Staff friendly throughout no communication difficulties. Location between the beach and a street of shops and restaurants ideal, 20 minute walk to the old town. We dine out other than breakfast. Breakfast buffet was extensive and lots of choice. We loved our time here. Why not a 5 well the beds were very hard but we find that often typical in mainland Europe.

Great hotel but lower your expectations, doesn’t deserve the 4th star. Yes, the rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly but the breakfast was average and the bathroom is very small. But the worst part is if you own an electric vehicle: if you want to charge the cost per kWh is 1,50€ which is absurd, to have a term of comparison it is almost 3 times more the average cost of gas in Italy, also the parking is not free while charging, they take an extra 20€ fee per night. It is very disrespectful and takes advantage of uninformed guests, I was in Rimini for a business trip but I would not choose to book here for a personal trip.

We had an excellent stay at Waldorf Suit Hotel. The staff was really helpful and nice. The pool on the rooftop was a bonus. The location at the main street and the great beach on the other side was perfect. Breakfast was good with nice selection. We will definately come back!

We were coming form on long working trip and had been travelling for 7 weeks and Rimini was our last destinations in this working. We feel that we were very fortunate to book this hotel, the owner and her staff members did their best to make us to feel welcome and we were well treated. Their hospitality was superb and should be mentions and noticed. The location of the hotel is great, and we appreciate the view and not least how well the rooms were sound isolated due to work and rest. The breakfast buffet was beautiful with plenty of healthy choice at the same time very Italian with a lot of sweet temptations to be membered. The front desk manager Darya was caring and understanding and so were all the staff we meet. The hotel is beautifully interesting as a Naturale "Retro" in a positive way - for you to come and explore in the future. Thanks for taking care of us and see you soon again,

We stayed at waldorf suite for 8 nights and enjoyed every second! Wonderful hotel - very friendly and serviceminded staff who did all they could for making our holiday stressless. Great room with lovely view to the Beach - and the pool at the top floor was great too… we are coming back to this place - no doubt!

This is not an honest hotel. Sure, beachfront, breakfast included, pool etc. but the price does not reflect the quality of the service given. I was given a room just underneath the rooftop pool, which was being cleaned at midnight on a Sunday and was extremely noisy, to the point that falling asleep was impossible! The staff did not accommodate at all despite repeated calls between midnight and 1am, offering no solution, until the third time where suddenly a room was available. An overall nice weekend, ruined by the staff of the hotel.
