I have booked 5 rooms for 8 nights at this hotel 3 months before our business trip. And after we have stayed several days at the hotel, in-between another conversation, they have told us that they will close the hotel in a few days and they will move us to another hotel for our last day. It was so unpolite that they haven’t informed us before. As I have learned from a friend, they were doing this every year for Expo visitors. Moreover, they have offered us a dinner with fish to apologize because we do not eat pork at all. but when we got to the dinner, there was no fish. There was a creamy potato with fish. But you need a microscope to see the fish inside 😂 When we were talking about their dinner offer one night before, we have showed a picture of a seabass fish photo from google not to have a misunderstanding. They have said yes, there will be a grilled fish like seabass. But there was only pasta and various cold salad-starter options. When we have told this situation yo reception, they have blamed to saying a lie that they have not promised gor any fish. It was more disappointing that I have been accused of being a liar.. They have ruined that night of us.

We came from Zürich to Rimini, two years after our first visit in 2021 and looked a while for a good hotel (we stayed before in two 3* hotels). We read a lot about the Continental and decided to try it for 7 nights. We were traveling with a 4months old baby and our standars are usually quite high, so if you are a critic, this review would suit very well. We chose the option with 3 meals and booked through the official website as they are offering complimentary Upgrade upon availability and best price compared to agencies. The hospitality of this hotel is much better than many 5* Hotels we've been to, including the ones in Switzerland. The staff are overall super friendly, they make you feel spoiled and cared for. The food is exceptional, varied, tasty and perfectly balanced. Both the waiters and the chefs are super friendly and would assist you without asking. The chef Allessandro comes very often outside to present the dishes, explain how they cook them and answer to any questions/ queries, showing a lot of professionalism and class. The housekeepers are always greeting and smiling, the rooms spotlessly cleaned every day. The beach staff is very friendly and easy going. They try to organize the beach beds upon your requests and availability. We were greeted every time we came to the beach and left. Obviously the management takes care of the staff and are understanding, which reflects in the quality the staff is able to provide to the clients. They made such a great impression on us thwt we extended our stay to another 5 nights as of the third day here. We were super happy to be at the Continental and we will definitely come back, hopefully every year as of now. Many thanks to Monica, Margaret, Elisa and Alessandro for making our stay and our anniversary perfect!

this was the second time in this Hotel .. it just gets better and better..the food is simple but very very good..rooms are smaller but clean ..staff is friendly..location perfect beach front and town promenade just behind ..overall very very good

I was with my family in this beautiful hotel to spend the summer holidays. Very clean hotel, good food and very kind staff, from the Manager to the porters. A praise to the very nice Daniele in the dining room, to Michele at the reception always ready to satisfy our needs. We returned for the second year in this structure and again this year we found ourselves divinely. Friendly staff, great location, great food. Clean room, fantastic pool ... The entire staff is very helpful and friendly but our warmest congratulations go to Mr. Carmine: professional, precise, helpful.As last year he was an absolute reference for me is mine daughter (both celiacs). Throughout our stay he was attentive and fulfilled our every request. Our warmest congratulations go to him and surely, thanks to his presence, we will return to the structure again (it was the second stay for us)! The baby club is commendable ... the boys are exceptional! Agostino very good an animator with a capital A! The beach is also excellent, complete with every service. Single room with French bed, very spacious, stunning view from sunrise to sunset. Excellent cleaning in all especially common areas. Entertainment for young and old. Evenings on the beach with excellent acrobats and dancers. Buffet food with always attentive staff. a nice holiday

We stayed a whole week at this property. Very small rooms (and we took the deluxe !!!!) So much so that it was difficult for us to properly position the crib provided by the hotel. Very little living space really. Average cleanliness .... nothing hilarious. But the sore point ..... the food. You cannot accept going to a 4-star hotel in Rimini and eating badly. Not only poor products ..... but also badly cooked. All buffet (which with the covid issue does not make you feel very serene). For children, there is very little offer ... for younger children you also need vegetable soups, purees, healthy foods ..... not just nuggets and french fries !!! I found myself having to buy homogenized food at the supermarket to mix with pasta to feed my 21-month-old daughter something decent !!! The structure has 1 room with lots of games for children. Too bad it can be used from 20 to 22 .... because in the afternoon the entertainers are on the beach. Too bad, however, that small children are not yet suitable for animation of that type and should be offered the opportunity to play in the room at other times. Also because you consider that from 8pm to 10pm it makes no sense since dinner is served at 8pm !!!! We asked several times to be able to use those games and no one came to meet us ..... But one thing I want to say ..... staff of the splendid structure. Both in the lounge and at the bar, by the pool and at the reception. All really nice. For me the structure and the services do not deserve the 4 stars in the most absolute way.
