The hotel is quirky and a little weather-beaten, but very nice staff, extremely helpful. They do a fantastic breakfast, good location in the centre of the happening part of Rimini The décor of the place is a little strange, very small lifts

We were a group, many families We stayed with part of a group for a soccer tournament in the nearby San Marino area. The only thing nice I have to say about this hotel is that there were two employees in the restaurant that truly wanted to please and were a pleasure to see everyday. Otherwise, the establishment is in DESPERATE need of upkeep , the air-conditioning was non existant, and the rooms are out dated, dirty and dark. . We had to move rooms various times and needed up with the same result, so we left! The front desk staff were incredibly unhelpful The employees were sullen and not helpful. and down right rude, which seemed to be the feeling of everyone I talked to. WiFi is unusable. Sadly, I don’t recommend this hotel. Our room smelled, was moldy and dampThe food is very tasty. This hotel should not be 4 star. We moved a few doors down to the "Litoraneo", a lovely spot, less expensive and absolutely perfect! Food, service, cleanliness and very pleasant staff!

We booked this hotel as we looked at the photos and thought this would be a great stay. We arrived to a so called newly refurbished room and it was ok, but it hasn’t been done well, lots of marks on the wall, poor finishing. The breakfast was good and the staff super friendly, but the new rooms need more attention to details.

I spent three days in Rimini for business - which is very rare in a city which is mainly beach and tourists .. the Admiral Art Hotel provided a very practical location to my morning runs along the beach and at the same time the peaceful and quite a**osphere one requires for working some hours a day ... I enjoyed the quite funny and artistic decoration of my room and the friendliness of the staff in reception

I contacted by phone the hotel from England on March 31st at 11am (italian time). The receptionist answered me with a listless tone. Then I started talking about my intention to visit the hotel (possibly staying overnight) as part of a scientific study. Once I mention the "study", I was mistreated, I was offended, and they shut the phone in my face. If this is the level on the phone, I don’t dare think how they treat customers!

We stayed for one night in December 2021. The town is a bit sleepy in December, and the hotel was the highlight of the stay. We stayed in one of the Art Suites on the 5th floor, and we’re treated to a stunning view of the beach and the sea. The bed was the largest we’ve had in Italy. Absolutely massive. It was a delightful break from some of the cramped beds we’ve shared on our travels. The bathroom was small, but functional. The breakfast room was beautiful and the attendant, Barbera was a delight. The cappuccino had some very cute foam art on top. There is a stage and piano in the corner…I just wish we were here during high season fo sip cocktails on the patio and listen to live music! Stay during down season and you’re treated like royalty. I imagine that high season is a vibrant and captivating scene.

Great location, with a good customer service. The hotel itself needs a little uplift. It looks worn out and could use some improvements.

We stayed from 17 to 23 August, my daughter and I, with the all-inclusive formula, for the beach we paid a difference to go near the sea. The room, ours on the third floor, with an Olympic Games theme, was very nice and the right size for two people, the cleanliness of the room was excellent. The restaurant is jungle themed, very cute, with music playing in the background. The menu with 3 starters, 3 first courses, 3 second courses and 3 desserts with a choice of both meat and fish, can be found on the table in the evening with the choice for the following day. Our waitress Giusy is very kind and always attentive to your needs. A note of thanks to Kalid, who knows how to listen to all your doubts or needs and always helps you with great professionalism and kindness. I'm sorry I didn't say goodbye to him due to a mix-up on our part at the start. The breakfast was very varied, both sweet and savory. They were right to leave the plexiglass, so everything is behind and the very kind girls prepare your plate with everything you want. Juices, hot water, hot milk and detox drinks to take while everything else can be ordered from the waiters, who are also very kind. My daughter has celiac disease, they have always prepared everything for her and she has never had any problems. I advise.

It's easy to be at the top with absurd prices... A fantastic structure near the sea with very special rooms. Artistic define them and actually of great impact. Clean, functional structure and youthful staff really make it the way I like it. Large breakfast/restaurant area with a great variety of both sweet and savory options. Top coffee and cappuccino sometimes accompanied by an aphoristic gem. What to say? There was also a hydromassage...
