Stayed a night for a business conference. Hotel felt very Spanish, modern wet room, but not spec’d to wet room requirements, so everything was deteriorating with wet mould! Restaurant I wanted to eat in was closed and the alternative was nothing as special as it should be. Felt out of season so will obviously be different in the summer .Easy to get to and well located to access the Expo centre.

L'hotel è situato nel centro storico e si raggiunge a piedi dalla stazione centrale. La camera dove abbiamo alloggiato era al piano della hall ma silenziosa e accogliente con una vetrata che ti porta in un'area esterna con la vasca idromassaggio. La camera ha tutti i confort con minibar, TV, e il bagno accessoriato con asciugamani, phon, bagnoschiuma e shampoo. I letti con un materasso molto comodo, molto importante per il riposo. La colazione era compresa e molto ricca di dolce, salato e bevande. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. La mia recensione finale è eccellente .

Good place with super stuff Good breakfast, close too everywhere But: They dont have private beach !!! They have a deal with some beach and u can pay less, no hotel transport too the beach !!! U need too use public service or walk ( 20 min )

This is a cute hotel with everything you need! Friendly staff and the breakfast and coffee the morning was so good. The room was clean and comfortable and I slept well. Good value for the price per night!

I've never been there. I would like to point out that I booked the hotel in February to stay from 30 May to 2 June, also booking the parking. Well, one day before departure I called the hotel to see if everything was ok. Answer: We canceled the reservation because we have ongoing maintenance. They are ridiculous and not serious. I made a reservation in February...do you think it's possible not to know if maintenance is scheduled? And even more so, don't you call to notify your customers? With hindsight it's better that way because I've read far too many negative reviews. Luckily I found a hotel where people work with seriousness and dedication.

Bad behavior. I booked a room from April 5th to 7th. They canceled my reservation overnight due to overbooking. Then after a couple of days here is the offer again on booking at a higher price. So I have a doubt... have you seen many requests for those dates and what do you do???? Do you cancel reservations where you make less money???? and re-offer at a higher price???? O SMART.... I stayed in the property on 12/7, on another person's reservation. Cold room, by opening the blackout panels of the windows, as there are no curtains, you practically enter the apartment opposite. Zero privacy. In the morning at breakfast, scheduled until 11, at 10 the eggs were finished, when I asked for more I was told that it was now late and they wouldn't make them again. Poor quality meats. I glossed over the damage to the car probably caused by the hotel staff during the parking phase, but having not witnessed it and having noticed it late, unfortunately I had to sketch it out. Never again.
