Google maps took me on a long way to the hotel along a goat track . When you can get there faster from the over head bridge thats next to the (goat track) dirt road that leads out to the break wall point and walk down the path on the side of the bridge down to the bottom road that goes under the bridge . TUrn left at the bottom road .. Then the hotel is only a few meters down towards the beach .

Very friendly and helpfull staff!! Nice clean room, with an excellent view (4th floor) on the sea and the canal. Breakfast and diner are very good. The hotel is next to the beach. I would recommend it, when you stay in Rimini. We had a very good time in this hotel!!

A hotel run wonderful people. Wonderful service. Hotel close to the beach. Delicious food and winę served with dinner. Rooms cery clean. A wonderful and noce holiday. I recommend this hotel to every one. Thank you very much. IT was a gresy holiday at this hotel.

OTTIMA SCELTA I proprietari sono delle persone stupende, molto gentili e con il sorriso, già tutto questo merita il massimo dei voti!! Hotel accogliente, molto pulito e con una colazione molto assortita e curata. Camera e bagno puliti e forniti del necessario Vista dalla camera sul canale e sul mare, davvero speciale. Praticamente sulla spiaggia e all'inizio dell'area pedonale/ciclabile che abbiamo utilizzato per arrivare fino al porto e fare una passeggiata. Prenotato con Smartbox nonostante fosse il "ponte" del 1° Maggio ma nonostante questo siamo stati trattati da "signori"! Grazie davvero di tutto...

Hotel accogliente, pulito, colazione a buffet abbastanza assortita. A conduzione familiare, i proprietari sempre con il sorriso, gentili e pronti ad ogni richiesta. Camera e bagno puliti con tutto il necessario. Fronte mare, spiaggia a 100m dell' hotel. Una settimana la farei, in pieno relax. E nonostante avessimo una Smartbox, siamo stati trattati come tutti i clienti. Più che soddisfatti, lo consiglio.

L'arredamento è un po' datato, ma considerando che si tratta di un hotel a 3 stelle, va più che bene. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Ciò che mi ha colpito di più è stata la pulizia, davvero eccellente. Anche per quanto riguarda la colazione, c'è tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno, perfetto per un hotel di questa categoria. Inoltre, si trova a pochi passi dal mare. Consigliato.

Buona localizzazione. Scala di accesso con ringhiera che non si poteva raggiungere perché bloccate dei vasi fiori. Mette in rischio chi la usa. Da rivedere (priorità dovrebbe essere le persone e non i vasi fiori. Conduzione famigliare e fa veramente piacere vedere che tutta la famiglia lavora insieme. I ragazzi (figli) sono bravi e gentile, stesso il padre. Intanto la madre non accetta critica e poi si vede che prendi per personale e non ci guada più. Nel caso abbiamo chiesto il cambio materasso perché nella nostra istanza eccessivamente morbido e scomodo. Ha detto di non aver altro e possiamo anche capire ma bisogna non prendere nel personale. Mia moglie ha dormito male e ha dovuto prendere un analgesico per la deformità del materasso. Poi sarebbe utile un mini frigo nella istanza perché non si riesci ad avere acqua fresca disponibile. Per il resto accettabile. Ma non torneremo e non raccomando.
