I really liked the hotel: the sea is across the street, there are rooms with sea views. A good breakfast included. Very clean, cleaned every day. Upon check-in, we were offered a room with a sea view for free. The reception always helped with all questions, the staff was very helpful. For full board, lunch and dinner are provided at the beautiful fish restaurant on the shore, where you can take whatever you want. It's very tasty, huge portions, the freshest fish and seafood. Also, a 5-minute walk from the hotel is the Spark chain store, where inexpensive alcohol (there is even bottled sparkling wine), groceries. The hotel itself is located on a busy shopping street with many restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. 2 minutes from the hotel there is a trolleybus that takes you to the center and the train station (2 stops) and to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel! And a good price. I was on vacation with my child in September 2024. We were given a room with a large double bed and a single bed.

Let's start with the very mediocre rooms, upon our arrival I immediately asked to change the room as there was a smell of mold (also present on the walls). The next day they moved us to another slightly better room but without a balcony and with a view that is better not to comment. The management of the meals was a disaster, (breakfast included) badly organized buffet with two people serving first and second courses with the inevitable queue that was created at every meal, lack of cutlery, plates, bread and fruit that had to be promptly requested from the waiters, certainly not sufficient to manage the number of customers present! The only positive note was the helpful and polite staff. An experience to forget. You don't run a hotel like this!! 1 star hotel!

Ho alloggiato in quest'albergo nel mese di settembre 2024, mi hanno dato una stanza a loro dire matrimoniale, ma in realtà era una stanza singola trasformata in matrimoniale, per andare al bagno dovevi passare per traverso tra il muro e il letto, armadio inesistente, solo una sbarra di ferro senza stampelle. In merito al personale gente poco empatica e molto distaccati, per non parlare dell'acconto che ho versato loro anticipatamente per una notte tramite carta di credito, al mio arrivo ho dovuto comunque pagare la somma intera del soggiorno, non mi hanno ridato i soldi dell'acconto dicendomi che non era possibile, mi hanno fatto uno storno che avrei dovuto ricevere entro un mese sul mio conto corrente. A TUTT'OGGI NON HO RICEVUTO NULLA. Ho mandato svariate mail senza alcuna risposta, per non parlare di quant'è volte ho telefonato sentendo il solito disco "gli operatori sono tutti occupati si prega di attendere" Una vera indecenza. Di sicuro non soggiornerò mai più in quest'albergo, ma ci andrò di persona per reclamare quanto mi era dovuto. PESSIMA ESPERIENZA. Uno schifo.

IMBARAZZANTE Soggiornato due notti appena arrivati fatto presente alla reception che vi erano residui dei clienti precedenti (asciugamani usati e bottiglie di birra usati come posacenere) siamo ripartiti dopo 3 giorni erano ancora lì Asciugamani tutti macchiati porta della finestra rotta tapparelle incastrata nel vano segnalati e rimasti così,sabbia ovunque! Dulcis in fundo al costo di 15 euro al giorno parcheggio auto a pagamento per farsi strusciare bene la macchina!! Imbarazzanti fino alla fine

Secondo soggiorno all'Hotel Stella Polare. Alloggiati al primo piano stanza n. 96, poco spaziosa e con bagno minuscolo. Comunque, tranne il frigo bar, accessoriata completamente. Bella la piscina. Parcheggio a pagamento dentro la struttura. La pensione completa, pranzo e cena, si consumano come la volta precedente nel vicino ristorante Thomas, menu alla carta eccezionale con piatti abbondanti di pesce e non solo. Colazione servita all'hotel con buffet vario e abbondante. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Sono stata ospite di questa struttura con la mia famiglia lo scorso weekend x il Tour de France! Lo staff notando la mia passione x il ciclismo mi ha messo a disposizione una bella camera tripla con terrazzino vista mare e vista arrivo! Non potevo chiedere di meglio!! Colazione abbondante e varia anche sul salato, giardino ombreggiato per piacevoli momenti di relax e piscina. Stanze pulite e confortevoli. Ottima posizione e cortesia dello staff. Grazie di cuore!

I romagnoli sono famosi per la loro ospitalità e in questo hotel hanno saputo tener alta la reputazione. La struttura è più piccola dei grossi hotel adiacenti (decisamente un plus), ombreggiata da bei pini marittimi e proprio di fronte al mare. La colazione è ricca e si può consumare piacevolmente all’aperto. La piscina è piaciuta molto alle nostre ragazze che si svegliavano tardi (e alle quali non è stata messa fretta neanche il giorno del checkout). Prezzo assolutamente equo, torneremo.

Eccellente cortesia e servizio in reception, in particolare di Cyrine. Ottimo Hotel con vista mare, silenzioso e situato a Marina Centro, quindi tutto a portata di mano, incredibile rapporto qualità/prezzo. Colazione eccellente, ristorante convenzionato Super per formula con pensione/mezza pensione. Aria condizionata performante. Dotato di piscina carina ma da migliorare e Bagno convenzionato attrezzatissimo. Non dotato di ascensore.
