Bad hotel! Not cared for, rooms with dirty sheets, the hair dryer didn't work, there wasn't half a right thing. breakfast better to take it out. The reception we received from the girl as soon as we arrived was disgusting. Not half a smile, she was annoyed the whole time. Surely they have recently changed management because it seems absurd to me that a hotel like this has a 3-star rating with positive reviews. I'm sorry but either they do something or it's better if they close the shack.

Hotel Liston w Rimini to prawdziwa perełka! Personel jest niezwykle uprzejmy i pomocny, a atmosfera w hotelu bardzo przyjazna. Pokoje są przestronne, czyste i dobrze wyposażone, co sprawia, że pobyt jest wyjątkowo komfortowy. Śniadania są pyszne i różnorodne, a lokalizacja hotelu - blisko plaży i głównych atrakcji miasta - to kolejny ogromny atut.

l'albergo si trova in posizione centrale, colazione abbondante, receptionist sempre cordiali e disponibili, penso che è cambiata da poco la gestione dell'hotel. La nostra camera aveva la tenda doccia ma era pulita e arredata con gusto. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono. Apprezzatissimo anche il late check out gratuito che ci hanno riservato. Ho prenotato questo hotel ad agosto, e purtroppo è stata un’esperienza pessima. Mi sono state mostrate tre camere, tutte in condizioni inaccettabili per un hotel che si definisce tre stelle (neanche degne di un ostello). La prima camera non era nemmeno stata pulita dai precedenti ospiti. La seconda camera non aveva una doccia ed era comunque sporca e maltenuta. La terza camera, che mi hanno proposto dopo aver richiesto un rimborso, era in condizioni igieniche terribili, soprattutto il bagno. Alla richiesta di rimborso, il proprietario mi ha fatto firmare una promessa di restituzione scritta a mano su un foglio di quaderno, ma dopo mesi di email e tentativi di contatto, non ho mai ricevuto nulla. Prima si sono rifiutati di pagare, poi sono letteralmente spariti. Se potessi dare zero stelle, lo farei. Consiglio vivamente di evitare questo hotel: se proprio dovete prenotare, controllate le stanze prima di pagare, perché sono in condizioni indecenti.

Per carità non prenotate in questo hotel!!!! Ho prenotato tramite booking con cancellazione gratuita, ho cancellato ed è da un mese che aspetto ancora il rimborso!!! Con tanto di richiesta di invio di dati sensibili come iban e dati della carta!! Spariti tutti non risponde più nessuno è una vergogna!!! Cambiate mestiere!!!

Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto, non è come appare, le foto si riferiscono ad una vecchia gestione. Esperienza da dimenticare, il personale deve vergognarsi per come gestisce il cliente che paga per un servizio inesistente. E anzi viene anche trattato malissimo. Noi abbiamo per fortuna ricevuto assistenza da booking che ha provveduto a postarci in un altro hotel. Camere fatiscenti, bagno senza la doccia ma solo con il sifone attaccato al muro. ASSOLUTAMENTE NON IN LINEA con il repertorio fotograico. Rimini è famosa per il servizio turistico ottimo e gestendo cosi una struttura VOI dovreste solo VERGOGNARVI.

Sono stato due giorni con mia moglie in questo hotel. A chiamare hotel è una parola grossa. Accoglienza zero . Due notti abbiamo cambiato tre camere, non ho parole. L' hotel non merita nemmeno una stella. E' una vergogna per la città di rimini. Sconsiglio a tutti di andarci

Le camere erano comodissime e molto larghe oltre ai balconi che danno sul mare ci siamo trovati davvero bene IL Sig Marco é stato gentilissimo e ci ha trovati anche il parcheggio per la nostra auto ci sentiamo di consigliarlo a tutti quelli che vogliono sentirsi amati
