The Liston Hotel in Rimini is a real gem! The staff is extremely polite and helpful, and the atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped, which makes the stay exceptionally comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, and the location of the hotel - close to the beach and the main attractions of the city - is another huge advantage.

Please do not book in this hotel!!!! I booked through booking with free cancellation, I cancelled and I have been waiting for a month for a refund!!! With a request to send sensitive data such as IBAN and card details!! They all disappeared, no one answers anymore, it's a disgrace!!! Change jobs!!!

Bad hotel! Not cared for, rooms with dirty sheets, the hair dryer didn't work, there wasn't half a right thing. breakfast better to take it out. The reception we received from the girl as soon as we arrived was disgusting. Not half a smile, she was annoyed the whole time. Surely they have recently changed management because it seems absurd to me that a hotel like this has a 3-star rating with positive reviews. I'm sorry but either they do something or it's better if they close the shack.

VERGOGNOSI CREDO CHE IL MIGLIOR CONSIGLIO DA DARE PER AIUTARE A MIGLIORARE SIA... CHIUDETE. prenotiamo telefonicamente specificando più volte che ci occorreva una camera per 2 adulti e 1 bambino di 9 anni, Chiediamo se occorre caparra ,ci rispondono di no, che la camera è prenotata e che avremmo pagato al nostro arrivo. Queste info vengo ribadite in un ulteriore chiamata fatta il giorno prima per chiedere orario di check in. Al nostro arrivo ,ore 20.30 di sabato ,ci comunicano che non hanno la nostra prenotazione e che loro non hanno camere triple.(Cosa mai detta nella precedenti chiamate).dopo aver discusso per quanto accaduto ci consigliano di andare in un'altra struttura(hotel Annetta) a loro dire sempre di loro proprietà,con lo stesso prezzo avremmo dormito in una tripla,quindi problema risolto?NO ....questo hotel non è di loro proprietà,non ci avrebbe fatto lo stesso prezzo e in più ci dava una camera quadrupla con 4 letti singoli e per lo più senza doccia. Chiamando nuovamente il signor Andrea della reception dell'hotel Liston a quel punto per accettare la matrimoniale(avremmo dormito in 3,ormai erano le 22),ci dice di andare ma al nostro arrivo si nega dicendo che la reception è chiusa e che non c'era nessuno e che avevano appena preso un'altra prenotazione.

Evitate di andare, disorganizzazione totale. Arrivati lì ci hanno detto che non c'era la nostra prenotazione nonostante gli avessi fatto leggere i messaggi di conferma che mi avevano mandato. Ce ne siamo dovuti andare alle 19 di sera a cercare un altro hotel dove dormire

l'albergo si trova in posizione centrale, colazione abbondante, receptionist sempre cordiali e disponibili, penso che è cambiata da poco la gestione dell'hotel. La nostra camera aveva la tenda doccia ma era pulita e arredata con gusto. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono. Apprezzatissimo anche il late check out gratuito che ci hanno riservato. Grazie mille
