I would recommend this hotel. The services are decent but not 5 stars or better it’s not like any other Hilton’s standard, a bit less.

They have a lot of cameras in the hotel but my gold earring disappeared from my room. Also the AC doesn’t work at all. So be careful if you book this hotel.

Good location. Room is stuffy especially in the afternoon.Air cond is not strong. The oxygen supply is available in the evening only, they switch off during the day.

It was my first time in Shigatse, and I chose the Hilton Hotel. The hotel facilities were good, with oxygen supply. Wangjiu Butler helped us upgrade the room. Knowing that we were going to Mount Everest the next day, he also enthusiastically helped us find a driver and prepare oxygen tanks. We arrived at the hotel very late that night, and set off very early the next morning. Wangjiu Butler thoughtfully packed breakfast for all of us. Thanks to him, this stay experience was great!
