Booked a oxygen suite at a very high price bcos there is no other oxygen room. But the oxygen equipment wasn't working. And there is no way to contact the front desk ftom the room. Have to walk down each time we wanted to talk to them. Husband did not have a good sleep bcos of lack of oxygen.
Another thing thst needs improvement is the corridor. Motion sensor lights are installed and the whole corridor is dark when we stepped out of the elevator or room. Suggest the hotel should change to proper lights as it is not conducive for the customers.

I booked a room with a humidifier, but there was no humidifier in the room. I called the front desk twice to request a humidifier but it was not delivered. There is no special ticket for the second phase.

The room is warm and comfortable. The front desk is professional and welcoming. great. I will continue to choose to stay here next time I go there. There are places to eat and shop nearby. The hotel breakfast is good.

The hotel is very clean and bright, with good facilities. The front desk is decorated in ******* style, and there are many locals staying here, such as monks. The breakfast is the most abundant hotel I have ever met, with both Chinese and ******* options. The most important thing is that it is pet-friendly! The hotel provides laundry service, but I asked by phone and was told that if there are more than two pieces, they will be charged separately. You can see the price list at the front desk.

The lighting was dim and a bit gloomy.

A very poorly managed hotel. The hotel has only been in operation for a short time and the carpets in the rooms are already very dirty. The hotel staff have no service quality at all. I highly do not recommend it!
