老闆夫妻都很好，很客氣，停車位有帶鎖擋桿，要老闆開鎖才能停車，衞生一般，床單被套枕套可能沒換，窗是朝客廳開的，房間不太隔音。

前台穆斯林小姐姐十分可愛。特價房在一樓，走廊裏總是有説話的人，到半夜十二點了還行嚷嚷，也沒人管，這點不太好。

房間和床上用品乾淨衞生，較滿意。店家服務也還好。但周邊沒有餐館，吃飯非常不方便。此房面盆下水翻蓋缺失，無法洗衣，店家要及時修配，方便旅客。
