Best Western Plus Grand Winston

Horrendously difficult to find by car. The signage is inadequate (they need a much more prominent sign but maybe they are not allowed to have one) but what is unforgivable is that the address given is inacceasible by car. To get to reception, you need to turn into a cycle.path and drive along it (probably illegally) to get to the front of the hotel when you will then be given a map which shows how to find the parking facilities at the rear. When you eventually find the car park, you need to press a button and hope that someone in reception hears the buzzer and raises the barrier. Don't they realise that people often arrive tired after a long drive and the very last thing they need is a stressful extra drive around an unfamiliar area? No, I am not making this up. I attach a photo of the map I was given which I hope will help others. Second really odd thing is the ensuite bathroom, which is a glass box with no roof. I have never seen anything like this in any other hotel (again, see photographic evidence). Little privacy and no sound-proofing. I was a solo traveller, so it didn't matter to me, but I wouldn't wish to hear roommates on the loo. Having said all that, I really enjoyed.my stay! The train station is but a 2 minute walk away with easy access to the major cities. Also, I was here during an August heatwave and so was grateful for the air-conditioning. Staff were friendly. Dinner in the restaurant was good (delicious sea bass) and attentive service. Breakfast was overpriced.

Hotel & Spa Savarin - Rijswijk, the Hague

Had a great experience at the hotel and spa. All the staff is very friendly as well. You get a welcome drink upon checking in. The room was nice and spacious and was nicely decorated. The entry to the spa is included when you stay at the hotel. On a Saturday afternoon it was rather busy but is still enjoyable and calms down towards the evening. The outdoor saunas were really nice and you have a nice view from there of the garden. We had a full body massage as well which felt like heaven.

As the title already indicates, the service is very good, the staff is friendly and the hygiene in the rooms is very good, everything is good clean and clean. Unfortunately, the walls and ceilings seem made of papier. The hotel is so terriblely responsive! We had a number of ladies on the same floor who liked to stay active at night and walk from room to room, all night ... Also the top neighbors thought it necessary to rebuild their room in the middle of the night. This resulted in little sleep for us, even after reports from both the ladies and the reception, there was little account taken of them. We have been sleeping 2 nights very troubled while we were there for work and therefore had not all the freedom to sleep. In a hotel you pay first for a good night rest, then the walls must be able to flower. We haven't had a good night rest, so we're not going to come back.

Before reading all bad reviews about this hotel, but we haven't booked any attractive & room. The hotel was very spacious, very clean and modern. The only point was that there was no TV (for music) & no chair. However, you could sit well in the broad window bank. A luxury breakfast was available at the restaurant below for €12. All with a very positive experience!
