There is no point to talk about the apartment, the only thing I say is make sure that you know what you are booking because they moved us to another apartment that was tiny, not confortable, it was just a place to sleep and that’s it. I complained and the staff was very very rude and told us to go away without a refund or excuse. I’ve got another two calls telling us to go away, that they were to come to kick us out!!!! I had to bolt the door as there was a key pad at the entrance and a body with the con I atino would have been able to get in. Never in my legs I have been treated like that!!!

Molo Longo una agenzia terribile, non usatela. Vi racconto brevemente la mia esperienza: Prenotato e pagato in anticipo il 26 settembre 2024 per il giorno 4 ottobre 2024. Fino alle 13:00 del 4 ottobre 2024 e dopo l'invio di una decina di email non mi avevano detto ancora quale sarebbe stato l'indirizzo dell'appartamento in cui avrei dovuto alloggiare. Sarei arrivato a Rjieka il 4 ottobre alle ore 19:30. La mia partenza e' stata alle ore 12:20. Quindi non avendo ricevuto notizie sul luogo dove mi sarei dovuto recare ho effettuato un'altra prenotazione in un'altra struttura. Le informazioni richieste sono arrivate da parte di Molo Longo, via email, alle 13:00 orario in cui ero in viaggio. Una volta arrivato a Rjieka ho chiesto un rimborso della somma versata in anticipo a mezzo bonifico. La somma non mi e' stata restituita. Non voi dico le infinita' di fesserie incoerenti e l'arrampicata sugli specchi di risposta che mi hanno inviato. Ci sono tutte le email che mi hanno inviato e che gli ho inviato io. Si sono tenuti la somma.

Bei Buchung war uns nicht klar, dass wir in irgendeine Wohnung, die auf den Fotos abgebildet ist, eingebuchtet werden. So landeten wir in einem schäbigen Gebäude, ca. 8 min zu Fuß bis zur Fußgängerzone. Angekommen im 4. Stock (Aufzug funktionierte nicht) war die Wohnung ok: eine lange Küchenzeile (fast ohne Inhalt) und ein große Bett und Sofa - ok für 2 Tage! Bad ok mit lauter Lüftung. Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit, Kaffee zu kochen und meine Anfrage bei den Vermietern ergab: ja, es gibt eben keine! Wäre nicht beschrieben gewesen…. Danke.
