Here's the revised version of your text: The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures can express. The warm welcome was immediate. The host is very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Breakfast is prepared with a lot of care and love; the homemade cakes and eggs made to your liking were the perfect start of the day. The host also provided excellent restaurant recommendations, made reservations, and suggested less touristy places to visit in the area. If we decide to visit Pisa again, we will definitely stay at Live09.

Curato in ogni minimo particolare, location nuovissima fornita di tutti i comfort. Camera confortevole, arredi nuovissimi, pulizia impeccabile. Colazione ricchissima con ottime torte preparate dai proprietari che svolgono il loro lavoro con amore e dedizione e i risultati sono: accoglienza perfetta, gentilezza, sorrisi e giusti consigli, che fanno di questa struttura un b&b eccellente da ogni punta di vista. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Il proprietario ed i suoi familiari sono super gentili e disponibili, anche per suggerimenti riguardo i ristoranti o i luoghi da visitare nelle vicinanze. La struttura è nuova, la stanza è molto silenziosa e grazie ad un letto molto comodo abbiamo davvero riposato bene. L'arredo è moderno e gli spazi sono notevoli, anche nel bagno. In tempo di covid la soluzione individuata per la colazione mi pare un buon compromesso: a buffet solo prodotti confezionati ed in un menu a parte le bevande calde, eventuali prodotti salati e le torte fatte in casa.. quest'ultime assaggiate tutte, davvero deliziose!! C'è la possibilità di trovare sempre parcheggio davanti la struttura (si trova in una zona residenziale) o in alternativa all'interno del cancello. In conclusione, struttura consigliatissima!

Cosa dire, partiamo dalla cortesia, dalla gentilezza e dalla disponibilità del Sig. Federico, ci ha dato tutte le informazioni per visitare al meglio la zona, suggerimenti nella scelta dei ristoranti, ha risposto ad ogn nostra minima richiesta. Alloggiamano nella Family Suite (un bilocale), estremamente pulito e dotato di fornito set di cortesia, bagno ampio, non abbiamo riscontrato difetti. La struttura ha un parcheggio interno. Ottima la colazione, vengoni serviti dolci fatti in casa, oltre che ad un ottimo cappuccino! Si trova a pochi km dal centro di Pisa, ma è davvero ben collegato a tutto! Lo consiglio vivamente!

Accueil très professionnel et sympathique. Chambre moderne, hyper confortable et d’une propreté impeccable. A 4,5 km de l’aéroport ( environ 16 euros de taxi ). Seul bémol, que du sucré au déjeuner mais en demandant (mon conjoint est diabétique) on nous a servi des tranches de fromage. Restaurants à proximité, (peperonne excellen).. Cette chambre d’hôte est mieux que la plupart des chambres d’hôtel. J’y retournerais.
