Very good location in the old town and close to the train and bus station. Room is clean and spacious. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is however relatively costly but there are many cafes nearby for alternatives.

In the old town in early February, we were very lucky not to have sub-zero temperatures. The hotel is located in the center of the old city, within walking distance to various attractions, and the longest walk to the Central Market is only 10 minutes. The room facilities are very good and the breakfast is delicious. Tried dinner on the last day and it was also very good🥰🥰

The location of the hotel is great. It's right in the old town. It's very close to every attraction. The facilities are also very new. There are free washing and drying machines on the 4th floor, which is convenient for washing your clothes. If you don't want to drink tap water, you can bring it with you. You can ask for bottled water at the counter, which is also free. Although there are not many breakfast options, they are all delicious. The egg rolls and pastries are very delicious. The service staff are very kind and polite, and all requests can be completed quickly. Highly recommended.

The location was good and easy to find in the old town.
The room wasn't large, but it was clean, and we had to buy water separately.
It was a shame that there were no robes and slippers.
It wasn't bad for a 3-day stay, but I wish the breakfast could be upgraded.
