Friendly and helpful receptionist. Check-in was very fast.
The room simple, mostly clean. Everything works and the furniture doesn't fall apart, unlike many other hotels I've been to.

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Riga, around a 30 minute walk from the old town. Staff were lovely also!!

Location; quite far from the city center. 6 tram stops away
Unhelpful staffs - i asked if i can hear my food using a microwave and staff said ‘not possible’ only to find out there is a microwave on the breakfast area the following morning.
Unfriendly staffs - no greeting; unhelpful; struggle in English language
Breakfast is useless - toast, butter, jam, coffee, low quality homemade yoghurt, sliced ham/cheese. Thats it.

Staff here were lovely - bathroom was pretty clean and worked well - room was quite loud at times but otherwise it was great!
