Excellent business hotel located right by the Velino river and 5 minutes walk from downtown. Rooms clean and comfy enough for a business trip. They serve a continental breakfast with a satisfied variety of items. Service was friendly and quick, they serve dinner during weekdays, fare prices. Very recommended!!

We had a lovely nights stay after a day of long driving and a terrible experience at the first hotel we had booked into. We had to leave and ended up at Hotel Cavour very late in the evening, they were able to accommodate us with a great rate and the lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful in sending us somewhere for dinner! Very clean rooms and nice hotel!

L'albergo è situato in ottima posizione ,sul lungofiume Velino (oasi di anatre e papere, molto piacevole a vedersi) e vicino al suggestivo Ponte Romano che porta al centro storico. Camere di foggia moderna, calde, pulite e molto accoglienti, letto super comodo! Vasto assortimento per la colazione ( torta alle mandorle, squisita!). Staff molto gentile, posso proprio dire un ambiente molto accogliente . Lo consiglio vivamente.

Notte insonne per via dei rumori della movida della città. L’hotel sorge sotto a tantissimi locali notturni che per tutta la notte sono aperti con musica alta. Mattina presto si inizia invece con la palazzina affianco in ristrutturazione. Personale poco attento e sulle sue quasi indisponente. Camere pulite. Colazione ben fornita ma con poca cura. Prezzo troppo alto

Hotel pulito e ben gestito Colazione ottima, con dolci fatti in casa ed una discreta varietà di "salato". Posizione centrale, sul lungofiume pedonale. Ideale per una sosta e per una visita al centro storico o come punto di appoggio per visitare i dintorni

Struttura sul lungo fiume sprovvisto parcheggio ma con soluzioni per le auto con parcheggi nelle vicinanze anche in strisce bianche facilmente reperibili. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Massima pulizia della camera, ben arredata con nuovo mobilio e colazione completa, ben assortita con dolce e salato.

Ottima posizione sul fiume Velino a proprio due passi dal ponte romano e dal centro. Parcheggio per la moto abbastanza comodo proprio di fronte all'ingresso, non saprei dire per le auto. Camera e bagno nella norma, puliti, letto ok. Buona e varia la colazione. Prezzo standard per trattamento B&B. Consigliato.

Un 4 stelle, finalmente, che è quasi perfetto. Camera pulita, finalmente un albergo che mette il nastro al water per il nuovo cliente. Pulizia eccellente. Colazione buona, poche cose ma di qualità e a disposizione il barista per le bevande calde. Vista suggestiva sul fiume. Se avrò l’occasione di tornarci, proverò la cena.

Siamo venuti a Rieti per una visita di gruppo di quattro giorni e abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel ubicato sulla sponda del fiume Velino. La vista panoramica dalle finestre sul fiume è molto gradevole, le camere sono confortevoli sebbene alcuni amici si sono lamentati dei rumori della movida serale specialmente il sabato sera, i letti abbastanza comodi. Ma gli spazi comuni a disposizione degli ospiti erano ridotti a solo due poltrone all'ingresso. La scelta dei cibi al ristorante però era molto ripetitiva, (avevamo la pensione completa), la qualità seppure discreta non sopperiva alla scarsa attenzione alla preparazione ed al servizio non all'altezza di un "quattro stelle". Anche l'attenzione alle intolleranze alimentari è stata bassa, seppure segnalate all'atto della prenotazione. Tirando le somme il soggiorno è stato gradevole ma lo standard, a mio parere, piuttosto al di sotto delle quattro stelle ostentate.
