Heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Aangezien onze twee kamers al beschikbaar waren rond de middag mochten we al inchecken. Door onvoorziene omstandigheden waren wij genoodzaakt onze reservatie aan te passen ( 1 dag later) maar dit werd binnen de kortste keren uitgevoerd na het versturen van de mail een week op voorhand. Dit noem ik service met een grote S. Kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel en bovenal proper. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en ruim voldoende. Over de maaltijd in het restaurant kan ik kort zijn: heel lekker. Kortom, aan wie een hotel zoekt in de regio Riemst kan ik Malpertuus zonder aarzelen aanbevelen. Je kan van daaruit mooie fietstochten maken richting Alden-Biesen, Kanne en Maastricht.

Gezellig proper hotel met lekker ontbijt en prachtige badkamer in een prachtige landelijke omgeving vriendelijk personeel , met een prive parking voor het hotel , bezocht voor 1 nacht en mochten met het goede weer op het terras ontbijten met een een prachtig panoramisch zicht

Top hotel!! De kamer is vrij luxe en ruim opgezet. Ook is de badkamer helemaal nieuw. We zijn lopend naar het wijn kasteel gegaan. Dit was ook goed te doen Personeel is super aardig. Door een te kort aan taxi’s ivm André Rieu heeft hij ons naar het restaurant gebracht.

L'hôtel comporte deux étages. Notre chambre était au 2ème étage. Il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur donc obligé de porter nos lourdes valises dans l'escalier. Pas de climatisation dans les chambres où il règne une chaleur atroce. Réveillés à 2h du matin par l'alarme incendie. Aucun membre du personnel n'était présent, pas même un veilleur de nuit. Tous les clients sont sortis et nous avons attendu au moins une heure que l'alarme s'arrête. Personnel très désagréable avec les personnes qui parlent le français, on sent que les non néerlandophones ne sont pas les bienvenus. Petits déjeuners très pauvres... La seule qualité de l'hôtel est sa proximité avec Maastricht, pour le reste, c'était médiocre.
