Our friends and I were supposed to stay there for a wedding. But on the day of our arrival, it turned out that the hotel had forgotten our reservations! Here we were, just before the wedding, and we only had 2 of the 5 booked and confirmed rooms! But instead of finding a solution, they threatened to call the police because they wouldn't admit the mistake. Unbelievable! At least the bride and groom didn't have to pay for their room...but the rest of the guests had to quickly find somewhere else. By the way, Jimmys in Altheim is highly recommended: great service, good price, and comfortable beds!

Super auberge familiale, située au calme dans un petit village plein de charme. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins (patronne, cuisinier, serveuse). Les chambres sont simples mais très propres et bien entretenues. Les petits déjeuners sont bons et le choix est conséquent vu la taille de l’auberge. Le restaurant est top avec des assiettes particulièrement garnies et les plats sont tous minutes et maison. Enfin, les tarifs sont tous doux (restauration et hôtel). Seul petit bémol, en tant que couple nous avons l’habitude de dormir l’un contre l’autre et notre chambre était composée de deux lits mis côte à côte ce qui fait que chacun à notre tour avons dormi partiellement dans l’espace entre chaque matelas… mais on a largement survécu ! Si l’occasion se présente à nouveau, nous y retournerons sans réfléchir.
