I had covid and i dont make check in and the hotel refused to refund the amount Bad experience

Disappointing Not the hotel's fault but the internet was down. The problem was that the proprietor acted as tho he did not know how to do a refund....they should all know how to contact the apps if they are going to use them... The mattress was extremely soft and sunk in the middle and lumpy - terrible if you are over 40 with back issues. And the sheets had burns on them - clean but tattered. Not what I was happy to spend $100 a night on.

Even at that price, still awful! Hair in the tub, tiny super thin towels, no privacy, thin walls. No one at front desk and rude when did show up. Really run down place

The couch was absolutely filthy and stained. The room was clean, but everything needed to be redone. It just was old and there was mold in the bathroom.

Worst stay ever That hotel was not the best hotel to stay with family because they were bed bugs on the beds, dead bugs everywhere on the floor, especially behind the couches the beds in the fridge. The door was broken. The carpets were stained it smelled, and it was just horrible. We tried to switch rooms and every room they showed us had bugs crawling on the walls dead everywhere. housekeeping was very rude when we wanted them to clean the bugs up and very unprofessional. I recommend never staying here unless you don’t mind the bugs in dirt.

It’s was a horrible room. Spots and small holes on sheets. Smelled musty. Furniture was old, worn out and stained. Bathroom had mold on caulk and rust. Walls and doors were worn out and stained. Wallpaper peeling. The light and outlet next to the bed didn’t work. The remote control was filthy. I was afraid to touch anything. When I left my room for a bit, the door wouldn’t lock from the outside. I went and got the manager, I could tell he saw that my tv and room light was on. I put the do not disturb sign on the door. I told the housekeeping not to enter my room. When I got back a few hours later, my light and tv were turned off. I know the manager went back and turned it off. He should not have entered my room when the do not disturb sign was in the door. I was very upset. My cousin said the tag line for the hotel should be “you’ll never stay twice”. Never again. It is not representative of Days Inn and Wyndham. Wish I could get my money back.
