Nice large location with huge parking. Hotel looks nice inside like a large vessel. Room is large enough with bath and shower. Clean and shiny. It seems a mini bar was included into the room services, but I didn’t have time to try it. Breakfast was really ok. There is nothing negative I could remind. Bravo

I travel a lot for business and have had some questionable experiences over the years. The hygiene in this hotel is excellent. I even used the whirlpool in my room, which I normally avoid, since it is usually very difficult to keep clean. The room is made every day and our experience so far has been wonderful. I have stayed here before and am looking forward to stay here again. The desk in the room is big enough to be able to work comfortably and there is a good chair to go with it. The food is good. The only small complaint I have, is that there is no central bright light in the room, only many smaller lights, but this is only minor.

75 Cl water - 6.5€ for an in-house guest!!! I am staying in this "nice hotel" for 5 nights for my work and was expecting a comfortable stay until the price of one bottle of water hit my sense! Unless Van der Valk Hotel have some agenda against their guest drinking good water this should not be the service. Please understand that people stay in good places for their better convenience not to be taken for granted!

Beautiful, clean property with pleasant and friendly staff. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and a lovely bath with deep tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Rotterdam. The bar tender was super attentive and the breakfast buffet was top-notch! Excellent hotel - will definitely stay again when we visit family in the area.
