An additional living room space with 1 bunk bed and 2 sofa beds provides extra room for guests to unwind. Home is located on a fenced in, half-acre yard on the Mississippi River! With a large dock for boats or fishing, hot tub, pool table, movie theater, ping pong table, shuffle board, popcorn station, outdoor games and seating, there's plenty to do! Fish off the dock, relax in the sunroom overlooking the river, cozy up next to an indoor fireplace or outdoor fire table, and enjoy the light and inviting decor.
